Efficacy Evaluation Of Stone Needle Therapy-Assisted Treatment Of High-Normal Blood Pressure

Objective: Through randomized controlled clinical trials,to evaluate the efficacy of stone needle therapy-assisted lifestyle intervention in reducing the blood pressure level of people with high-normal blood pressure,improving the sleep quality,and controlling the risk factors of hypertension such as the levels of blood glucose,blood lipid,blood uric acid and body mass index,so as to provide clinical evidence for stone needle therapy-assisted treatment of high-normal blood pressure.Methods: To select 88 volunteers with high-normal blood pressure meeting the inclusion criteria,and then randomly divided them into the control group and the treatment group,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lifestyle intervention,and the treatment group was treated with stone needle therapy on the basis of lifestyle intervention.Stone needle therapy is selecting Baihui acupoint(GV20),Taiyang acupoint(EX-HN5),Yongquan acupoint(KI1),Fengchi acupoint(GB20),Quchi acupoint(LI11),Taichong acupoint(LR3),Hegu acupoint(LI4),Anmian acupoint(EX-HN22),Sanyinjiao acupoint(SP6),Zusanli acupoint(ST36),Ren Meridian and Du Meridian as the operation sites,mainly using scraping and massage method.The treatment of stone needle therapy is twice a week for 12 weeks.And the subjects are visited respectively at the end of the fourth week,the eighth week and the twelfth week to record the relevant clinical information of the subjects in time.Then analyze and compare the data by SPSS 25.0 statistical software.Results: 1.After 4,8 and 12 weeks of treatment,the blood pressure levels of the subjects in the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before(P<0.01),and the levels of systolic blood pressure and pulse pressure of the subjects in the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of treatment,the total antihypertensive effective rate of the treatment group was 88.6%,the total antihypertensive effective rate of the control group was 68.2%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.After 12 weeks of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before(P<0.01),and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,moreover,the total effective rate of sleep quality improvement of the treatment group was 65.91%,which was higher than that of the control group which was 40.91%(P<0.01).3.After 12 weeks of treatment,the serum total cholesterol(P<0.01),serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05),serum triglyceride(P<0.01),serum uric acid(P<0.01)of the subjects in the treatment group were lower than before,serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(P<0.05)levels were higher than before,and there was no significant difference in blood glucose level before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,serum triglyceride,blood glucose and serum uric acid in the treatment group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).4.After 12 weeks of treatment,the body weight and body mass index of the treatment group and the control group were both lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),nevertheless,there was no significant difference between those of the treatment group and the control group after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion: Through stone needle therapy-assisted lifestyle intervention to cure high-normal blood pressure could effectively reduce their blood pressure,improve their sleep quality,control the levels of serum triglyceride,serum total cholesterol,serum low-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and serum uric acid,reduce body weight and body mass index,and is helpful for controlling the risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.Its clinical curative efficacy is definite with no obvious adverse reaction.
