Clinical Effect Analysis Of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction Combined With Locking Plate Internal Fixation For Schatzker Type Ⅱ Fracture Of Tibial Plateau

Objective:The purpose of this study was to explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction after internal fixation of Schatzker type II fracture of tibial plateau,and to provide reference for the combined treatment of Traditional Chinese and western medicine for this kind of fracture.Method:A total of 60 patients with Schatzker type II tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of The Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2019 to February 2021 were randomly divided into control group(n = 30)and treatment group(n = 30).The control group was treated with locking plate internal fixation surgery.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given adjuvant therapy of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction after operation,and the short-term efficacy of the treatment was observed.Result:1.Postoperative detumescence and pain relief were better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).2.There were statistically significant differences in prothrombin time(PT),activated partial thrombin time(APTT),thrombin time(TT),fibrinogen(FIB)and D-dimer in the control group and the treatment group 1 day before surgery,2 days after surgery and 7 days after surgery respectively(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in PT,APTT,FIB and D-dimer between 2 groups 1 day before surgery and 2 days after surgery(P>0.05),but there were statistically significant differences on 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in TT between the two groups 1 day before surgery(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups 2 and 7 days after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in lower extremity deep vein thrombosis between the two groups(P > 0.05).3.The knee HSS score of the two groups 6 months after surgery showed statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.Conclusion: Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with locked plate internal fixation has a significant effect on the treatment of Schatzker type II fracture of tibial plateau,which can effectively reduce postoperative swelling and pain of the affected limb.It can improve postoperative blood hypercoagulability and prevent lower extremity deep vein thrombosis.
