Objective:By observing the TCM syndrome score, the score of Hamilton anxiety scale, the change of endometrial thickness and the recurrence of endometrial polyps during follow-up,the method of soothing the liver and promoting blood circulation in the treatment of patients with endometrial polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis after hysteroscopy was observed.objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy of soothing the liver and activating blood circulation in the treatment of recurrence of endometrial polyps after hysteroscopy,so as to provide new ideas and methods for clinical prevention and treatment of recurrence of endometrial polyps in the future. Methods:Sixty patients with endometrial polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis after hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The experimental group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine and the control group was treated with Yosmin. Both groups were treated continuously for 3 menstrual cycles and were followed up after 3 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the TCM syndrome score,Hamilton anxiety scale score, endometrial thickness and recurrence of endometrial polyps during follow-up were compared, and the data were statistically processed to analyze the difference between traditional Chinese medicine and Yousimin.Results:1.Curative effect of TCM syndrome:The effective rate of TCM syndrome was96.7% in the test group and 83.3% in the control group. The clinical effect of the test group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).2.TCM syndrome score:the TCM syndrome score of the two groups after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment.and there was extremely significant difference within the group(P<0.01).and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The experimental group was better than the control group.3.Anxiety scale score:the anxiety scale score of the two groups after treatment was lower than that before treatment, and there was extremely significant difference in the experimental group(P<0.01),significant difference in the control group(P<0.05),and extremely significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01).The experimental group was better than the control group.4.Endometrial thickness:There was significant difference in intimal thickness between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).During the 3-month menstrual cycle follow-up,there was still significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),and the experimental group was better than the control group.5.Endometrial polyp recurrence:during the follow-up of the 3-month menstrual cycle after drug withdrawal, there was 1 case of endometrial polyp recurrence in the experimental group, with a recurrence rate of 3.3%,and 4cases in the control group, with a recurrence rate of 13.3%.The recurrence rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Both the experimental group and the control group could prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps. Conclusion:The method of soothing the liver and activating blood circulation has a good clinical effect on reducing the recurrence rate, improving the clinical symptoms and relieving anxiety of patients with endometrial polyps of qi stagnation and blood stasis after hysteroscopy.it shows that the method of soothing the liver and activating blood circulation is safe and effective in preventing and treating the recurrence of endometrial polyps with qi stagnation and blood stasis after operation.
