Clinical Observation Of Gubao Capsule On Treatment Of Senile Osteoporosis With Cognitive Impairment (Liver And Kidney Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: By observing the clinical effect of Gubao capsule on senile osteoporosis(SOP)combined with cognitive impairment(CI),this paper discusses the correlation between senile osteoporosis and cognitive impairment and the mechanism of Gubao capsule.Methods: Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group according to a random number table.Clinical symptom score.The control group was given calciorci D and routine treatment,and the treatment group was given Gubao capsule in addition to the treatment in the control group for 3months.Clinical symptom score,MMSE score,ADL score were all performed,serum Apo E,Hcy,PINP,OC,VD,β-CTX were all tested before and after treatment.SPSS 22.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Results: The total effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Symptom score,ADL score,Apo E,Hcy and β-CTX levels decreased in the treatment group(P<0.05),MMSE score,PINP,OC and VD(25-OH)levels increased(P<0.05)was more obvious than that in the control group.Conclusion: There is a correlation between senile osteoporosis and cognitive dysfunction.Gubao capsule can improve the total effective rate and clinical symptoms of senile osteoporosis complicated with cognitive dysfunction.Gubao capsule could increase the levels of PINP,OC and VD(25-OH),decrease the levels of β-CTX,Hcy and Apo E,and increase the MMSE score and decrease the ADL score.
