Study On The Protection Of Cardiac Function After PCI In Patients With Coronary Artery Disease Combined With Mild To Moderate Renal Insufficiency By Heluo Xiezhuo Recipe

Objectives:It aims to observe the changes of related indexes of Heluo Xiezhuo recipe after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with mild to moderate renal insufficiency and to investigate its efficacy on the protection of cardiac function,and provide clinical theoretical basis for the treatment of cardiac function protection after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)in patients with coronary artery disease combined with mild to moderate renal insufficiency by combining Chinese and western medicine.Methods:According to the randomized grouping method,60 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with mild to moderate renal insufficiency who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)were divided into two groups:30 patients in the experimental group and 30 patients in the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine basic therapy,and the experimental group was treated with western medicine basic therapy + Heluo Xiezhuo recipe,and the observation duration was 12 weeks.The glomerular filtration rate(eGFR),creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C,NT-proBNP,hs-CRP,LDL-C,LVEF were recorded in both groups 24 hours before and 12 weeks after surgery,and the efficacy of Heluo Xiezhuo recipe on the protection of cardiac function was evaluated by applying modern statistical methods.Results: 1.The creatinine,urea nitrogen and cystatin C levels in the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before surgery(P<0.05).2.The glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)levels were higher in both the experimental and control groups than before surgery(P<0.05),and the glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)was higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).3.NT-proBNP in both the experimental and control groups was lower than the preoperative level(P<0.05),and the NT-proBNP level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.LVEF in both the experimental and control groups was higher than the preoperative level(P<0.05),and the LVEF level in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.LDL-C and hs-CRP in the experimental and control groups were lower than the preoperative levels(P<0.05),and LDL-C and hs-CRP levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,but there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion: The heluoxiezhuo recipe can reduce creatinine,urea nitrogen,cystatin C and NT-proBNP levels,increase glomerular filtration rate(eGFR)and LVEF levels,and protect cardiac function in patients with coronary artery disease combined with mild to moderate renal insufficiency after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).
