| Objective: To observe the efficacy and safety of Self-made Shuxin Decoction in treating patients with angst-depressive liver-qi stagnation type after coronary heart disease stenting. Methods: Sixty patients with coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression liver-qi stagnation type after stenting were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment(including health education, keeping a good mood, improving living habits, diet control, moderate exercise,etc.).The control group was given conventional coronary artery disease stenting medication, and the treatment group was given Self-made Shuxin Decoction based on the treatment of the control group. The course of treatment was 8 weeks. The changes of self-rating anxiety Scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression Scale(SDS)score, electrocardiogram(ECG),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),TCM syndrome score and the occurrence of adverse reactions in 2 groups were observed before and after treatment, and statistically analyzed. Results: Before treatment, there were no statistically significant differences in general information(including gender, age, history of smokeless alcohol),SAS score,SDS score,TCM syndrome score,LVEF value and other data between the two groups, which were clinically comparable. The comparison results of observation indicators were as follows:1.After treatment,SAS score,SDS score and TCM syndrome total score of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment(P=0.000);After treatment,SAS score,SDS score and TCM syndrome score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P=0.000).It is suggested that both groups can effectively reduce the SAS score,SDS score and TCM syndrome total score of CHD patients with anxiety and depression liver-qi stagnation type after stenting, but the treatment group is better than the control group.2.After treatment, the single score of TCM syndromes in the treatment group decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);The single score of TCM syndromes in the control group was compared with that before treatment, and the scores of chest distress, palpitation, depression, chest and hypochondriac distension and pain, pain without definite place, insomnia and irritability were decreased(P<0.05),while the other TCM syndromes were not improved(P>0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the single score of each TCM syndrome(P=0.000).3.There was no difference in LVEF value between the two groups after treatment and before treatment(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in LVEF values between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the improvement of LVEF between the two groups.4.In terms of ECG efficacy, the effective rate was 60.0% in the control group and 66.7% in the treatment group after treatment, and there was no difference between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that there was no significant difference in ECG efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.5.In terms of curative effect of TCM,the effective rate was 26.7% in the control group and 90.0% in the treatment group. In the improvement of CHD symptoms, the effective rate was 63.3% in the control group and 96.7% in the treatment group. The two differences were statistically significant(P=0.000),indicating that the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the curative effect of TCM and the symptoms of coronary heart disease.6.The incidence of adverse reactions was 3.33% in the treatment group and 10.0% in the control group, which was lower than that in the control group. Conclusion: The addition of Self-made Shuxin Decoction in the treatment of coronary heart disease combined with anxiety and depression of liver-qi stagnation type after stenting has better clinical depression-relieving effect, which can effectively reduce patients’ SAS and SDS scores and TCM syndrome scores, improve clinical symptoms without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions, and has clinical use value. |
