Clinical Observation Of Self-made Zishenyangxin GranuleCombined With Acupuncture In Treating Anxiety And Depression After PCI In Patients With Coronary Heart Disease

Objectives:To observe the cli nical effect of self-made Zishen Yangxin Granule combined with acupuncture on anxiety and depression after PCI in coronary heart disease,and to determine the effect of self-made Zishen Yangxin Granule combined with acupuncture on quality of li fe of patients with coronary heart disease.The prevention and treatment of complications provides a clinical reference.Methods:This study was conducted from January 2018 to December 2019 in the Department of Cardiology,Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and was diagnosed as anxious and/or depressed by SAS and SDS scales.TCM syndrome differentiation for heart and kidney yin deficiency syndrome in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,a total of 70 patients,according to random number method into the control group and treatment group.All subjects in the treatment group and the control group were given conventional drugs after PCI for coronary heart disease,and the drugs and doses were appropriately adjusted according to the condition.On the basis of routine medication after coronary heart disease PCI,the treatment group was given self-made Zishen Yangxin granule combined with acupuncture and Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets treatment;the control group was given Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets,both treatments were 4 weeks.During the trial period,other drugs that affected antipsychotic drugs were banned.All subjects were scored on the scale before and after treatment,including:SAS,SDS,TCM syndrome(primary and secondary)scores,quality of life scale(SF-36),And use SPSS 19.0 software for statistical analysis.Results:(1)There were no significant differences in the general conditions of gender,age,number of implants,and risk factors between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in SAS scale score,SDS scale score,TCM syndrome(primary syndrome,secondary disease)score,and quality of life scale(SF-36)score between the treatment group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05).(3)There were statistical differences in SAS scale score,SDS scale score,TCM syndrome(primary syndrome,secondary disease)score,and quality of life scale(SF-36)score before and after treatment in the two groups(P<0.05).(4)The two groups of patients were scored on the SAS and SDS scales after treatment,and the TCM syndromes were chest pain,chest tightness,cold and cold limbs,waist and knees,self-sweat score,and quality of life GH,PF,BP,MH scores were statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no statistical difference in the quality of life-related RP,VT,SF,RE in TCM syndromes of shortness of breath,palpitations,fatigue,fatigue,and sputum(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Zishen Yangxin Granule combined with acupuncture treatment can improve the anxiety and depressive symptoms of patients with anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease after coronary heart disease and improve the quality of life.
