Effect Of Aerobic Exercise Training On Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Patients With Sleep Disorder And Yin Deficiency Constitution

Objective:The aim of this paper is to study the effect of aerobic exercise training on the treatment of type 2 diabetes with Yin deficiency and sleep disorders,and to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and sleep disorders in clinical practice.Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the admission conditions of the Department of Endocrinology of the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected,and the patients were divided into a control group and a trial group using the principle of random grouping.The control group was treated according to the original hypoglycemic regimen,and the experimental group added aerobic exercise training to assist the treatment while maintaining the original hypoglycemic regimen.After 12 weeks of trials,the changes in TCM body mass meter scores,Pittsburgh sleep quality index quantitative table scores,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and other related indicators before and after treatment were recorded and compared.Results:1.Based on the statistical analysis of the TCM body mass meter integrals before and after treatment of the two groups of patients,it can be seen that the TCM body mass meter integrals of the two groups were significantly reduced compared with before the group(P<0.01),and the degree of TCM body mass meter integrals of the control group decreased significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.01).After aerobic exercise training,the total effective rate of yin deficiency constitution treatment in the experimental group was 90.00%,which had a better effect than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.A statistical analysis of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Quantitative Table integrals before and after treatment of the two groups of patients shows that the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Quantitative Table integrals of the two groups decreased compared with before treatment,and the pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index Quantitative Table integrals of the control group decreased significantly lower than that of the experimental group(P<0.01).After the 12-week aerobic exercise training,the overall effectiveness rate of sleep disorder treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%,which had a better treatment effect than that of the control group(P<0.01).3.Statistical analysis of fasting blood glucose,blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin values before and after treatment in the two groups was carried out,and it was found that the relevant indicators of blood glucose in the experimental group were greater and the treatment effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: For patients with yin deficiency type 2 diabetes mellitus with sleep disorders,after the addition of aerobic exercise training auxiliary treatment,the related symptoms of sleep disorders such as difficulty falling asleep,dreaming and waking up,anxiety and irritability have been significantly improved,and at the same time,the patient’s fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin have been reduced to a certain extent,which proves that aerobic exercise training can provide a new idea and way for the treatment of type 2 diabetes combined with sleep disorders.
