Analysis Of Acupoint Selection And Medication Characteristics Of Acupoint Sticking For Functional Constipation

Objective : To analyze the acupoint selection and medication law of acupoint application in the treatment of functional constipation,so as to provide new ideas and methods for the treatment of functional constipation.Methods:By searching and screening the relevant literature of acupoint application in the database for the treatment of functional constipation,the specific information of acupoints and drugs are extracted,and the relevant frequency,association and cluster analysis are carried out by using data mining technology.Results:1、342 literatures were retrieved,involving 392 acupoint prescriptions,33 acupoints,310 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and 149 traditional Chinese medicines.Characteristics of acupoint selection: the top five acupoints used frequently are Shenque,Tianshu,Guanyuan,Dachang Shu and Zhongwan;Mainly abdominal acupoints;The top three meridians of acupoints are renmai,foot Yangming and foot Taiyang;In the association rules,"Tianshu → Guanyuan" ranks first in support,and "Tianshu →Guanyuan and Shenque" rank first in support of the three acupoints;Cluster analysis was carried out on high-frequency acupoints,and five kinds of high-frequency acupoint combinations were selected.Class 1: Tianshu,Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongwan;Class 2:Zusanli,Zhigou;Class 3: Dachang Shu and Shangjuxu;Class 4: Pishu;Category 5:Shenque.Medication features: rhubarb,fructus aurantii,magnolia officinalis,mirabilite and borneol are the top five traditional Chinese medicines used frequently;The types of warm drugs are the most;The medicine is mainly pungent,followed by bitter and sweet;The meridian of drugs mostly belongs to spleen meridian and stomach meridian;The top three drugs in terms of drug efficacy are diarrhea drugs,tonic drugs and Qi regulating drugs;In association rules,"rhubarb → fructus aurantii" ranks first in support,and "rhubarb →mirabilite and magnolia officinalis" ranks first in confidence;Cluster analysis was carried out on high-frequency drugs,and two kinds of drug combinations were selected.Class 1:fructus aurantii,magnolia officinalis,mirabilite,rhubarb,borneol and wood fragrance;Class 2: astragalus membranaceus,angelica sinensis,atractylodes macrocephala,radish seed.Conclusion:1.Acupoints are mainly Shenque acupoints,combined with syndrome differentiation.Renmai and abdominal acupoints are in the majority.Most acupoint pairs are local acupoints,and the compatibility also follows the law of acupoint matching in this meridian,far and near acupoints,front and back acupoints.The idea of using acupoints is "the main treatment is to regulate intestines,and the points are allocated according to syndrome differentiation".2.Rhubarb is the main traditional Chinese medicine.Xinwen drugs are mainly used to return to the spleen and stomach channels,and most of them belong to diarrhea drugs.The compatibility of traditional Chinese medicine is based on Dachengqi Decoction,supplemented by dialectical drug selection.The idea of medication is "treat both symptoms and signs,reduce excess and tonify deficiency,supplemented by regulating qi".
