The Clinical Study Of Vibration And Force Injection Acupuncture Method In Treatment Of Neck Type Of Cervical Spondylosis Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis Type

Objective: To find the therapeutic effect of vibration and force injection acupuncture method in the therapy of neck type of cervical spondylosis(NTCS)with qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods: 66 Patients with NTCS were classified into two groups randomly.33 Patients in the control group were treated with ordinary acupuncture,and 33 patients in the treatment group were treated with vibration and force injection acupuncture method.Both groups were operated on alternate days,3 times weekly for 4 weeks,for a sum of 12 trials.The differences of VAS,NDI,SF-36 scores,clinical outcomes and the relapse rate during the follow-up were analyzed by SPSS26.0 between the pretreatment and post-treatment periods.Results:1.VAS and NDI scores: The VAS and NDI scores of the two groups posttreatment were improved compared with those pre-treatment(P <0.05);The treatment group had better improvement in VAS and NDI scores than the control group(P<0.05).2.SF-36 score: Post-treatment improvement in "RP,BP,VT,RE,MH" in both groups compared with pre-treatment(P <0.05);The treatment group had better improvement in "RP,BP,MH" than the control group(P<0.05).3.Clinical efficacy: The effective rate of the treatment group was90.63% and that of the control group was 78.79%,the discrepancy was statistically considerable(P <0.05).4.Follow-up relapse rate: The follow-up relapse rate in the treatment group was 10.34%(2/29),which was better than 26.92%(7/26)in the control group(P <0.05).5.Safety evaluation: During the treatment,no acupuncture related adverse events occurred in both groups.Conclusion: Both vibration and force injection acupuncture method and ordinary acupuncture were considered effective in the therapy of NTCS,and can alleviate the pain,activity limitation and quality of life of NTCS patients;Vibration and force injection acupuncture method is superior to ordinary acupuncture in relieving pain,limited activity,improving quality of life,clinical efficacy and the relapse rate during the follow-up.Both methods are safe.
