Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle based on Linggui Bafa combined with acupuncture on insomnia, and explore the clinical value and best time of intradermal needle based on Linggui Bafa in the treatment of insomnia. Methods: 96 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into trial group A,trial group B and control group. In trial group A,we were calculate the acupuncture point at 19:00 on the day of treatment according to the Linggui Bafa and applied with intradermal needle, and used conventional acupuncture at the same time;Trial group B,we were calculate the acupoints at that time according to Lingggui Bafa and applied intradermal needle, used conventional acupuncture at the same time. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture. All 3groups were treated for 30 days and followed up 1 month later. The TCM syndrome score and PSQI score were compared before and after treatment and during follow-up,and the efficacy was analyzed.Results:1.Baseline data: There was no significant difference in gender, age, course of disease,TCM syndrome score before treatment and PSQI score before treatment among the three groups(P > 0.05),so the three groups were comparable.2.TCM syndromes: The TCM syndrome scores of patients in the three groups after treatment were significantly different from those before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that the three treatment methods could improve the related TCM syndromes of patients with insomnia; There were significant differences between test group A and test group B,test group A and control group, test group B and control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the three intervention methods had significant differences in improving the TCM syndrome of insomnia patients.3.PSQI score: There were statistically significant differences in PSQI score between the three groups after treatment and before treatment(P < 0.05),indicating that all three treatments could improve the PSQI score of insomnia patients; After treatment,There were significant differences between test group A and test group B,test group A and control group, test group B and control group(P < 0.05),indicating that the three intervention methods had significant differences in improving THE PSQI scores of insomnia patients.4.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of trail group A was 93.1%,the total effective rate of trail group B was 86.7%,and the total effective rate of control group was 79.3%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate among the three groups(P > 0.05),indicating that the three methods had significant curative effect on insomnia, however, there are differences in the level of efficacy.5.Long-term efficacy: There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score and PSQI score between the three groups during the follow-up and after treatment(P > 0.05),indicating that the three intervention methods had stable efficacy 1 month after the end of treatment. There were significant differences between test group A and test group B,test group A and control group, test group B and control group in TCM syndrome score and PSQI score during follow-up,indicating that the follow-up efficacy of the three intervention methods was still different. Conclusion: The treatment of insomnia by intradermal needle based on Linggui Bafa combined with acupuncture has a significant effect, which can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score and PSQI score of insomnia patients. The effect of applying intradermal needle was more significant according to the onset time(21:00-23:00). |
