Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain,and to provide a better treatment plan for clinical treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic nonspecific low back pain who visited the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2020 to December 2021 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 cases and a control group of 35 cases according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.The treatment group received bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture,and the control group received TDP irradiation combined with acupuncture.One month of treatment,3 times a week.The Visual analogue scale(VAS),Roland-Morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)score before and after treatment in the two groups were observed,and the curative effect was evaluated,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS26.0software.Results A total of 70 CNLBP patients were collected in this study,35 patients in the treatment group,3 patients dropped out;35 patients in the control group,4 patients dropped out,and finally 63 patients were included.The total effective rate was 90.63% in the treatment group and80.65% in the control group.The Visual analogue scale(VAS),Roland-Morris disability questionnaire(RMDQ)and Oswestry disability index(ODI)before and after treatment were observed,and it was found that the difference in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture and TDP irradiation with acupuncture are effective in the treatment of chronic nonspecific low back pain.Bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture is more effective.The curative effect of bloodletting and cupping combined with acupuncture in relief of pain and improving dysfunction is better than that in the control group,which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
