Study On Electrosensitization Of Acupoints Related To Massage Therapy For Constipation In Children Based On Data Mining

Objective:Based on data mining technology,the high-frequency acupoints of modern massage in the treatment of pediatric constipation(intestinal heat type)were screened.To further explore the electrosensitization law of high frequency acupoints related to constipation in children treated by massage,in order to provide literature and theoretical basis for electrosensitization of acupoints in massage treatment of constipation in children.Methods:1.Literature research : To determine the literature(library),search terms,inclusion and exclusion criteria,and establish a literature database of modern massage in the treatment of constipation in children(intestinal heat type).Excel and IBM SPSS Modeler were used to screen high frequency acupoints,acupoint distribution sites and acupoint correlation of massage in the treatment of constipation in children.2.Clinical research : The data mining-based massage was used to treat the high-frequency acupoints related to constipation(intestinal heat type)in children.The healthy children were taken as the control group.The meridian values of the high-frequency acupoints related to constipation in children and the abnormal state of the twelve meridians were detected by the traditional Chinese medicine meridian detector.The differences between the meridian values of the high-frequency acupoints related to constipation in children and healthy children and the abnormal state of the twelve meridians were analyzed and compared to explore the sensitization law of the high-frequency acupoints related to constipation in children(intestinal heat type).Results :1.Literature research : A total of 68 relevant literatures on massage in the treatment of constipation in children(intestinal heat type)were included.There were 43 relevant acupoints for massage in the treatment of constipation in children.Results : Frequency analysis showed that the frequency of acupoints related to massage in the treatment of constipation in children from high to low was as follows : abdomen,seven-section bone,large intestine,six-fu organs,Tianshu,spleen meridian,Zusanli,Tianheshui,four transverse lines,lung meridian,arm yang pool,and Shangjuxu;point distribution analysis shows that the relevant points of massage in the treatment of constipation in children are mainly distributed in the palms and fingers.Correlation analysis showed that the high-frequency acupoint pairs were mainly seven-segmented bone-large intestine,six-fu organs-large intestine-seven-segmented bone.2.Clinical research :The meridian values of four transverse lines,large intestine,lung meridian,arm yang pool,Tianshu and Shangjuxu in children with constipation were significantly different from those in healthy children(P< 0.01);There were abnormal state of meridians and collaterals in children with constipation and healthy children,but the abnormal rates of hand Taiyin lung meridian,hand Yangming large intestine meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian,foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian in children with constipation were significantly different from those in healthy children(P < 0.01);There were statistically significant differences in the meridian abnormality rates of the left and right hand Taiyin lung meridian,hand Yangming large intestine meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian,foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian in children with constipation(P <0.05);There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of twelve meridians between the left and right sides of healthy children(P > 0.05).Conclusion :The high-frequency acupoints in the treatment of infantile constipation(intestinal excess-heat type)from high to low were abdomen,seven-section bone,large intestine,six-fu organs,Tianshu,spleen meridian,Zusanli,Tianheshui,four transverse lines,lung meridian,arm yang pool,and Shangjuxu;The four transverse lines,large intestine,lung meridian,arm yang pool,Tianshu and Shangjuxu acupoints of children with constipation showed an sensitization state.The hand Taiyin lung meridian,hand Yangming large intestine meridian,foot Yangming stomach meridian,foot Taiyin spleen meridian and foot Jueyin liver meridian were closely related to constipation in children.
