Clinical Study Of Lishi Qingre Decoction In The Treatment Of Hyperuricemia

Objective: In this study,lishui Qingre Decoction was used to treat hyperuricemia patients,and the therapeutic effect of Lishui Qingre Decoction was evaluated by analyzing the blood uric acid and TCM syndrome score of the included cases.Method:60 patients with hyperuricemia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group was guided by life style.The experimental group was treated with Lishi Qingre Decoction on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the changes of blood uric acid level and TCM Syndrome score of the two groups were observed,and the results of relevant examinations were analyzed by statistical methods.Result:60 cases of clinical observation were completed,including 30 cases in the experimental group and 30 cases in the control group.The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 90%(10 markedly effective,17 effective and 3 ineffective),and that of the control group was 43%(2 markedly effective,11 effective and 17 ineffective).The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,the blood uric acid level and TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased,but the test group decreased significantly compared with the control group(P < 0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of homocysteine and triglyceride in the experimental group decreased(P < 0.05),but there was no significant change in the control group.Conclusion:Lishi Qingre decoction is effective in the treatment of hyperuricemia.On the basis of reducing the levels of blood uric acid,homocysteine and triglyceride,it can improve the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and improve the quality of life of patients.
