Objective:By analyzing the status and correlation of perceptual control, health promotion behavior and quality of life,to understand the correlation between perceived control, health promotion behavior and quality of life.Identify the factors affecting the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease, early intervention for patients with coronary heart disease,to provide theoretical basis for improving the quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods:This study belongs to the correlation study in the non-exper-imental study.Using the convenience sampling method,a total of 310 in patients who met the inclusion criteria in a tertiary hospital of Jilin pmvince.General data questionnaire, control attitudes scaler-evised,health promoting lifestyle profile-II,seattle angina questionnaire were used to Investigate.SPSS 26.0 was used to analyze the data. The mean, standard deviation, frequency and percentage were used to describe the general data of patients with coronary heart disease. The differences in general data of patients with coronary heart disease were compared by t-test or analysis of variance,Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the perceived control of patients with coronary heart disease. The correlation between health promotion behavior and quality of life;Multiplelinear regression analysis was used to explore the influencing factors of quality life in patients with coronary heart disease.Results:(1)The total average score of perceived control in patients with coronary heart disease was(27.54±6.64).Univariate analysis showed that,There were statistically significant differences in perceived control in gender, age, working condition, educational level, living status, ourse of diseaseand cardiac function.(P<0.05).(2)The total score of healthy lifestyle promotion in patients with coronary heart disease was(149.64±23.52).Univariate analysis showed that,There were statistically significant differences among different gender, age, working condition, educational level, payment method, family per capita monthly income, course of disease(P<0.05).(3)The total score of quality life in patients with coronary heart disease Was(53.84±20.01).Univariate analysis showed that, there were statistically significant differences among different educational level, payment method, family per capita monthly income, marital status, complication, cardiac function.(P<0.05).(4)Perceived control with health promotion behaviors in coronary heart disease were positive correlation(r=0.687,P<0.01).Perceived control with quality of life were positive correlation(r=0.463,P<0.01),health promotion behaviors with quality of life were positive correlation(r=0.506,P<0.01).(5)educational level, cardiac function, payment method, perceived control, health promotion behaviors, were the influencing factors of quality of life,in coronary heart disease. The above variables explained the variation of quality life of 38.6%.(adjusted R~2=0.374,F=31.719,P<0.001).Conclusion:(1)The perceived control score of patients with coronary heart disease is above the medium level, the health promotion behavior is at an excellent and good level, and the quality of life is at a good level.(2)There is a positive correlation between perceived control, health promotion behavior and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease. The higher the perceived control, the better the health promotion behavior and the higher the quality of life.(3)Educational level, payment method, family per capita monthly income, cardiac function, perceived control, health promotion behaviors are the influencing factors of quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease.
