Objective:1.To understand the current situation of kinesiophobia and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI;2.Analyze the influencing factors of kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI;3.To explore the correlation between kinesiophobia and quality of life in pati-ents with coronary heart disease after PCI;4.According to the survey results,it provides reference for the development of systematic nursing measures to reduce the level of kinesiophobia,improv-e the compliance of exercise rehabilitation and improve the quality of life of patients with PIC of coronary heart disease after surgery. Methods:This study is a cross-sectional study among descriptive studies.A total of 184 patients with coronary heart disease after PCI who were treated in the Department of Cardiology and Cardiac Rehabilitation Center of Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine fr-om March 2021 to December 2021 and met the inclusion criteria were select-ed by convenience sampling method.General data questionnaire, cardiopathy TSK-heart in chinese and Chinese Cardiovascular patients quality of life que-stionnaire were used to investigate the basic characteristics, exercise fear lev-el and quality of life of subjects.Epi Data 3.1 software was used to establish a database, and SPSS 23.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Frequency, percentage, minimum, maximum, mean±standard deviation((?)±s)or median and quad[M(Q1,Q3)]were used to describe the general information, kinesiophobia level and quality of life of the patients.Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of kinesiophobia level, and Pearson or Spearman correlation was used to analyze the relationship between kinesiophobia level and quality of life. All tests were two-sided,and P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results:1.The total mean score of kinesiophobia in patients with coronary heart dise-ase after PCI was(37.63±8.58),which was at a high level; The total mean sc-ore of quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(68.31±20.81),and the score rate was only 44.36%,which was at a low level2.The results of single factor analysis of kinesiophobia showed that there we-re significant differences in the level of kinesiophobia among patients with d-ifferent gender, age, occupation, education level, marital status, residential s-tatus and whether they had heart failure(P<0.05).3.The results of multiple linear regression analysis of kinesiophobia showed that gender, age, education level and heart failure were the main factors affec-ting the level of kinesiophobia(P<0.05),R~2=0.642,and R~2=0.634 after adjust-ment,that is,gender, age, education level and heart failure could explain the63.4%possibility of variation of kinesiophobia. There was a significant negat-ive linear correlation between kinesiophobia and quality of life in patients wh-th coronary heart disease after PCI(r=-0.923--0.472,P<0.01).Conclusion:1.Kinesiophobia level of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI is ge-nerally high, and kinesiophobia is affected by gender, age, education level and heart failure.2.The quality of life of patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was re-latively low,and the descending order of scores of each dimension was med-ical condition, social psychology, daily situation, illness, work situation and physical condition.3.There was a significant negative linear correlation between kinesiophobia and quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.
