Meta-analysis Of Efficacy And Safety Of Ciwujia Injection In Treatment Of Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease

Object to evaluate the Currently acanthopanax injection main ingredients quercetin,acanthopanax,acanthopanax polysaccharide,mooring treatment angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has achieved obvious curative effect,its performance out of the traditional Chinese medicine injection in treatment of advantage,therefore the acanthopanax injection for treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD)have clinical case reports,comprehensive to comprehensive evaluation of scientific and theoretical basis.Therefore,this paper conducted a secondary test on ciwujia injection in the treatment of ANGina pectoris of coronary heart disease through meta-analysis in a large number of clinical trials studied by experts and scholars,and provided a basis for clinical application of Ciwujia injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease through follow-up.Methods WanFang,CNKI,VIP database(VIP database,VIP),China Biology Medicine disc(CBM disc)and Pubmed were retrieved from January 2011 to December 2020.Key words included coronary heart disease,angina pectoris,Acanthopanax senticosus injection,coronary atherosclerotic heart disease,coronary heart disease treatment drugs and randomized controlled trials.English search language included:Coronary heart disease angina pectoris,Cardiodynia,Acanthopanax Injection,Coronary Heart Disease Treatment Drugs.The published literature on clinical trials of Acanthopanax senticosus injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease was screened to meet the requirements,and the data of the relevant literature were extracted.The Revman 5.3 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration Network was used to conduct heterogeneity test analysis on the data of the final 21 included literature by Q test and I~2 test.Results A total of 21 articles related to the efficacy of Acanthopanax injection in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease were included(cumulative sample size 1058 cases).The combined effect size estimation:95%confidence interval of OR was CI=(1.30-2.37);according to the NOS tool evaluation of the 21 literature included in the quality evaluation results,no literature met the total score of 8 points.Only 8 articles met 7 points,accounting for 38%;10 articles meeting 6 points accounted for 48%;three articles met 5 points,accounting for 14%;The heterogeneity of total effective rate of angina pectoris improvement was tested by fixed effect model.The results were as follows:I~2=53%,P=0.00395%confidence interval of OR=(2.08-3.29),combined effect value was 2.61,OR combined value testχ~2=40.41,OR>1,p<0.00001 indicated that the combination of 20 studies was statistically significant.The total effective rate of ecg improvement using random effect modelχ~2=37.84,I~2=76%,OR>1,p<0.0001 Indicated that the results were statistically significant;The dosage of nitroglycerin after treatmentχ~2=3.12,I~2=36%,P=0.21 Using fixed effect model,MD=-2.72,CI=(-3.31-2.13),P<0.0001,indicating that the results were statistically significant.Plasma viscosity:χ~2=0.01,the I~2=0%,p=0.99,By using the fixed effects model,MD=0.04,CI=(-0.23-0.14),p=0.06,the result is not statistically significant.Conclusion1.Compared with compound Salvia miltiorrhiza and Shuxuening injection,Ciwujia injection has remarkable curative effect in treating angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.2.Acanthopanax injection has safety,no adverse reactions after infusion.
