Objective:This article is through the literature research way,clear’spleen and stomach for the viscera of the essence of the theory,to explore the spleen and stomach prevention and treatment of emotional disease characteristics advantage.Methods:1.Literature research method was adopted to study books related to spleen and stomach and emotional diseases.Key words search of relevant entries was carried out with the help of literature published on CNKI,literature content was combed,and relevant concepts were clarified.2.Using WPS software to establish the relevant database,using WPS software for frequency analysis,using IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software for drug association analysis,using IBM SPSS Statistics 26.0 software for drug cluster analysis,through three types of data analysis of medical records,to explore the prevention and treatment of emotional diseases from the spleen and stomach prescription law and characteristic.Results:1.Defined the concept and essence of’spleen and stomach is the root of viscera ’theory.That is to say,under the holistic view of viscera,the spleen and stomach can regulate qi and blood,and regulate various viscera to maintain the normal function of the body.The essence is ①regulating qi of spleen and stomach and regulating various organs.②Spleen and stomach regulate blood and nourish organs.2.Established the idea of preventing mental illness from spleen and stomach①Regulating spleen and stomach to improve constitution bias②Maintain good dietary rules③Pay attention to the functional state of spleen and stomach during and after the disease,and prevent emotional diseases in three aspects.3.Analysis from the spleen and stomach on the treatment of emotional disorders prescription law.Commonly used drugs are tonifying qi and invigorating spleen,drying dampness and diuresis,nourishing blood and tranquilizing mind,regulating qi and activating blood,clearing heat and resolving phlegm.The commonly used prescriptions are Sini Powder,Erchen Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder,Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction,Banxia Houpu Decoction,Xiaochaihu Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction and Guipi Decoction.4.Identify the characteristics of spleen and stomach in the treatment of emotional diseases①Strengthening spleen and stomach can supplement viscera.②The central gas hub can coordinate the gas turbine.Conclusion:The essence of the theoretical concept of " spleen and stomach is the root of viscera" is clarified,and the application law of prescriptions and herbs for the treatment of emotional diseases from the correlation of spleen and stomach and viscera is analyzed.The ideas and characteristics of the prevention and treatment of emotional diseases from the correlation of spleen and stomach and viscera are clarified,which provides reference for the clinical prevention and treatment of emotional diseases.
