Professor Tao Hanhua’s Academic Thought Research On Regulating Spleen And Stomach Diseases

Objective: By sorting out professor Tao Hanhua’s academic views,academic characteristics,clinical classic theories and clinical experience on the differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases,the academic thoughts on the differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases were inherited,so as to accumulate valuable experience for the better development of the academic system of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: In this paper,the academic thoughts,characteristics and experience in the diagnosis and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are analyzed from the perspective of combination of mechanism and syndrome therapy,principle,method and medicine by combining literature research,theoretical discussion and clinical experience summary.Results: Professor Tao differentiates and treats spleen and stomach pathology without "internal Canon","difficult Canon",law is not from "typhoid fever","jingui",picks up the time prescription,combines personal clinical experience,puts forward "five viscera one body view" and "spleen and stomach harmonious view";Make good use of syndrome differentiation of Zang-Fu organs and treat tu yu by invigorating liver qi and purging spleen and stomach.It has accumulated valuable experience in identifying and treating spleen Yin,stomach Yin and real hot guest heat.Conclusion: Professor Tao Hanhua’s academic views on the differentiation and treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are based on the holistic view and the thought of preventing and curing diseases,forming his own academic characteristics.The "harmonious view of spleen and stomach" and other academic achievements are of great significance to the theoretical research and clinical guidance of spleen and stomach diseases in TCM.
