Clinical Efficacy And Safety Of Ye’s Traumatology Acupoint Sticking Combined With Microwave In The Treatment Of Mild And Moderate Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:1.To observe the clinical efficacy of Ye’s traumatology acupoint sticking combined with microwave in the treatment of mild and moderate KOA.2.To provide safe and effective treatment for mild and moderate KOA.method:1.60 patients with koa who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria and agreed to the study were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.In the observation group,the inner knee eye and the outer knee eye were taken,and the prepared Ye’s traumatology acupoint sticking drugs were pasted on the patient’s acupoints,and the microwave was placed on the affected area for 30 minutes.After the microwave treatment,the drugs were taken off,and in the control group,Ye’s traumatology acupoint patch was replaced with Vaseline matrix.Course of treatment: once every other day,7 times as a course of treatment,a total of 2 weeks.2.The changes of VAS score and Lysholm knee score before and after treatment and the clinical efficiency,compliance and safety were statistically analyzed.result:1.There was significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after treatment;There was significant difference in Lysholm score between the two groups after treatment.2.After 2 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90%;The total effective rate of the control group was 72.4%.Objective to provide an objective basis for the treatment of mild and moderate koa patients.Conclusion1.Ye’s traumatology acupoint sticking combined with microwave can effectively treat patients with koa,which has a good therapeutic effect on the pain caused by koa and can relieve the pain of patients;Improve the function of patients;High compliance,high clinical value.2.The VAS score of Ye’s acupoint sticking group was lower than that of the control group after treatment;Lysholm score was higher than that of the control group;The results showed that the Ye’s acupoint sticking group was better than the control group,which could effectively relieve the pain and improve the clinical symptoms of patients with KOA,...
