Design And Implementation Of Chemotherapy Department Disease Care System

With the development of mobile Internet technology and the arrival of information age,computer technology,which has faster data operation,huge storage capacity and high efficiency of communication,provides all works of life with a new opportunity for further development.However,in China’s medical and health field,there still remain a contradiction between growing demand for medical and health services and underdeveloped medical level.Problems like poor medical and health care,unbalanced regional development and strained doctor-patient relationship have affected the medical treatment needs of urban and rural residents.In Internet era,the application of new information technology in medical and health care will effectively improve the situation.For example,generating online consultation service system could complete medical treatment without any risk of cross infection.Besides,telemedicine will be helpful to realize that remote consultation,diagnosis and treatment for patients from areas with poor medical and health conditions can be conducted by advanced hospitals with their advanced medical equipment and medical technology.If we can fully take advantages of computer technology and achieve the organic combination of "Internet combined medical treatment",we will promote the development of medical and health field,improve our medical and health service system,and open up a new journey for the development of medical and health industry.In this manuscript,we showed the design and implementation of online disease care system applied in chemotherapy department.After investigating the situation of hospital,we found that in chemotherapy department the development of medical informatization is far behind,besides,the overall utilization efficiency of medical resources is low,and the interconnection of medical data has not been realized.To improve the underdeveloped medical informatization of the hospital chemotherapy department,we designed systematic functional architecture and technical architecture based on the object-oriented demand analysis,then we completed the outline design of the system and the detailed design of each functional module.After coding implementation and function test,the online disease care system of chemotherapy department is generated.With on-line using of our system,the problems existing in the hospital has been effectively solved and it won a high approval of medical staff and patients.Our system provides a mobile Wechat Mini Program to medical staff and patients,and offered a background management system for the managers of the chemotherapy department.The system is built and developed using the SpringBoot framework.The Wechat Mini Program is built and developed using the uni-app framework and released to the wechat open platform after development.For the background management system,tseparation of front-end and backend technology is adopted,and Vue framework is adopted for development based on the JeecgBoot framework.In terms of data storage,the system uses the open source database mysql,and the data access layer uses the Mybatis-Plus framework.The Wechat Mini Program on doctor side includes the functions of abnormal patient management,patient hospitalization notice setting,test sheet processing,pain report processing and so on.Meanwhile,the Wechat Mini Program on the patient side has the functions of hospitalization,uploading test sheet reports,uploading pain reports and so on.Besides,the background management system provides the functions of managing the medical staff and patients who use the platform,and supervising the patient’s condition.At present,the system has been developing and operating stably.The application of medical services in medical staff and patients through mobile Wechat Mini Program not only improves the development level of medical informatizaion in the chemotherapy department,but also simplifies the cumbersome treatment process of patients,and it has achieved good results.
