Objective:Through the detection of serum complement(C3 C4)and serum immunoglobulin(Ig G Ig M),to explore the relationship between complement and immunoglobulin and diabetic nephropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus,so as to provide diagnostic basis for diabetic kidney disease(DKD).Research methods:A total of 90 patients with type 2 diabetes who met the diagnostic criteria of type 2diabetes established by the American Diabetes Association were selected from the Department of Endocrinology,Inner Mongolia Forestry General Hospital.45 patients with diabetic kidney disease and 45 patients with non-diabetic nephropathy were divided into group 1 and group 1,respectively.The general data and biochemical indexes of all patients were collected and statistically analyzed. The correlation between serum complement(C3 C4),serum immunoglobulin(Ig G Ig M)and DKD was observed and analyzed.Results:(1).By analyzing the comparison of four observation indexes between diabetic nephropathy group and non-diabetic nephropathy group,it was found that C3 and Ig G in diabetic nephropathy group were significantly lower than those in non-diabetic nephropathy group, while C4 in diabetic nephropathy group was significantly higher than that in non-diabetic nephropathy group.(2).By analyzing the correlation between four observed indexes and UACR,it was found that there was a negative correlation between C3 and UACR(r =-0.721),a positive correlation between C4 and UACR(r = 0.649),a negative correlation between Ig G and UACR(r =-0.690 P < 0.05),and no correlation between Ig M and UACR(r = 0.049 P0.644).Conclusion:Complement C3 and immunoglobulin Ig G decreased significantly in diabetic nephropathy group, and negatively correlated with UACR;complement C4 significantly increased in diabetic nephropathy group, and positively correlated with UACR;C3、C4、Ig G were all related to the pathogenesis of diabetic kidney disease. |
