control group. There was significant difference in VAS pain score between groups three months after drug withdrawal(P < 0.05),and the observation group was better than the control group. There was no significant difference in VAS pain scores within the control group after four weeks and three months after drug withdrawal(P > 0.05).It can be seen that Mongolian medicine is better than western medicine in the degree of pain relief of the two groups after four weeks of medication and three months of withdrawal.(3)There was no significant difference in the scores of Western Medicine symptoms between the two groups after four weeks of treatment(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference in the scores of Western Medicine symptoms after three months of withdrawal(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in the scores of Western Medicine symptoms after three months of withdrawal(P > 0.05).It can be seen that the two groups of drugs have similar relief effects on the clinical symptoms of Western medicine four weeks and three months after drug withdrawal, and the symptoms have not been improved or aggravated due to drug withdrawal.(4)There was no significant difference in Mongolian medicine symptom score between the two groups after four weeks of treatment(P > 0.05),there was no significant difference in Mongolian medicine symptom score between the two groups after three months of drug withdrawal(P > 0.05),and there was no significant difference in Mongolian medicine symptom score between the two groups after three months of drug withdrawal(P > 0.05).It can be seen that the two groups of drugs have similar relief effects on the clinical symptoms of Mongolian medicine four weeks and three months after drug withdrawal, and the symptoms have not been improved was76.67%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total curative effect was 100%.The cure rate of the control group was 10%,the improvement rate was 90%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total curative effect was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Three months after drug withdrawal, the cure rate of the observation group was 33.33%,the improvement rate was 66.67%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total effective rate was 100%.The cure rate of the control group was23.33%,the improvement rate was 76.67%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It can be seen that the two groups of drugs have 100% good effects on the clinical symptoms of Mongolian medicine: headache degree, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, acid reflux, abnormal tongue and pulse, and the symptoms have not been improved or aggravated due to drug withdrawal.(6)According to the evaluation of the curative effect of Western Medicine symptoms, the cure rate of the observation group was 20%,the effective rate was 66.67%,the effective rate was 13.33%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total effective rate was100%.The cure rate of the control group was 6.67%,the effective rate was 83.33%,the effective rate was 10%,the ineffective rate was 0,and the total effective rate was 100%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).Three months after drug withdrawal, the cure rate of the observation group was 33.33%,the effective rate was 60%,the effective rate was 0,the ineffective rate was 6.67,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The cure rate of the control group was 23.33%,the effective rate was 70%,the effective rate was 3.33%,the ineffective rate was 3.33%,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05).It can be seen that the two groups of drugs have a good effect on the clinical symptoms of Western medicine: headache degree, duration, headache times, nausea, vomiting, photophobia, fear of sound and other accompanying symptoms at the end of four weeks.Three patients recurred three
