| Objective:In this study, moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy was used totreat patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation, and to evaluate the clinical efficacy of moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in the treatment of lumbar leg paincaused by lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,so as to provide basis for the clinical application of Moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy in Mongolian medicine. Methods:during the period of 2020.12 months and 2021.12 months, from Inner Mongolia Minzu University affiliated hospital cure not ill hospitalized patients select60 cases of Mongolian medicine and western medicine diagnosisstandard and conform to the lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion, standards weredivided into treatment group and control group in medical order in the two groups, each group of30 patients, the treatment group used Mongolian medicinemoxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy Thecontrol group was only treated with Mongolian acupuncture therapy,a course of 7 days, two courses of treatment. After 2 courses of treatment, the pain index(VAS)scores of the two groups were observed, the dimensions and total scores of the health questionnaire(SF-36)and the total scores of JOA scores were observed before and after treatment, and the comprehensive efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results :1.After one course of treatment, the total effective rate was 89.66% in the treatment group and 77.77% in the control group. After two courses of treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55% and that of the control group85.18%.2.There were no statistically significant differences in general condition,VAS,SF-36 and JOA scores between the two groups(P>0.05)3.There was no statistically significant difference in VAS score between the two groups after one course of treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference after two courses of treatment(P<0.05).The VAS scale scores of thetreatment group after one course of treatment and after two courses of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, with statistical differences(P<0.05).VAS scores of the control group after one course of treatment and two courses of treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment, there were significant differences in mental health(MH)and social function(SF)among the dimensions of SF-36 score and total score between the two groups(P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in other dimensions. After treatment, the physical function(PF),physical function(RF),emotional function(RE),energy(VT),mental health(MH),social function(SF),overall health(GH)and total score of SF-36 score in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Body pain index(BP)was better than before treatment, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).In the control group, the s F-36 scores of physical function(PF),physical function(RF),emotional function(RE),mental health(MH),energy(VT),social function(SF),total health(GH)and total score were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Body pain(BP)index was improved but no significant difference(P>0.05).5.There was significant statistical difference between the total score of JOA before treatment and the total score of JOA after treatment(P<0.05).There was significant statistical difference between the total score of JOA before and after treatment in the control group(P<0.05).The total score of JOA after treatment was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Mongolian moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy and acupuncture therapy can improve the clinical symptoms,VAS score,JOA score and SF-36 score of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and Mongolian moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy is due to acupuncture therapy in tnis aspect.2.Mongolian moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy both play a role in labor pains, but Mongolian moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy has a faster pain relief time.3.The total effective rate of Mongolian moxibustion therapy combined with acupuncture therapy was higher than that of the control group, and its comprehensive curative effect was more significant. |
