| Objective: Analyze the effect of Bobath technique combined with bilateral upper extremities training in promoting the rehabilitation of upper limb of stroke patients,in order to provide a new and effective treatment plan for upper limb rehabilitation after stroke. Methods: A total of 46 stroke patients with upper limb dysfunction who were hospitalized in the Rehabilitation Medicine Department from July 2020 to December 2020 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, were then randomly divided into two groups(control group and an observation group)according to a random number table method.Group 23 cases. The control group was given Bobath technique rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group was given the Bobath technique treatment with bilateral upper extremities training. The FMA-UE,MBI score and Brunnstrom hemiplegia motor function rating(upper limb and hand)of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were collected and analyzed statistically to clarify the Bobath technique combined with bilateral upper extremities training specific role in promoting the rehabilitation of upper limbs of stroke patients. Results: After treatment,FMA-UE,MBI score and Brunnstrom rating were all improved in both groups, and there were statistically significant differences in FMA-UE,MBI score and Brunnstrom rating before and after intra-group comparison(P<0.001).MBI score has no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05),and the difference of MBI score between two groups was also not significant(P>0.05).The difference in Brunnstrom ratings between the control group and observation group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The difference in FMA-UE scores between the two groups was significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two groups’ scores was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)This study analyzed the clinical efficacy of the bilateral upper extremities training combined with Bobath technique in the treatment of upper limb motor dysfunction after stroke. We found that Bobath technique combined with bilateral upper extremities training and Bobath technique could significantly improve the upper limb motor function of stroke patients, and significantly improve their daily living ability.(2)The combined program of Bobath technique and bilateral upper extremities training was better than that of Bobath technique in improving upper limb motor function after stroke.(3)Compared with Bobath technique,Bobath technique combined with bilateral upper extremities training could not improve the daily living ability of stroke patients. |
