| Objective :To investigate the current status of health literacy and quality of life of patients discharged from PCI with coronary heart disease, and to analyze the influence factors and correlation between health literacy and quality of life. Methods :359 patients with coronary heart disease who were hospitalized in the Cardiology Department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University and Liuzhou Workers’ Hospital(and the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University)and successfully discharged after PCI were selected for investigation.Choose the Convenience sampling methods in this study. The Coronary heart disease health attainment questionnaire,SF-36 quality of life scale and Seattle angina questionnaire(SAQ)were used to investigate and analyze the influencing factors,,and the relationship between health attainment and quality of life of discharged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was analyzed. Results : 1 Socio-demographic data of patients: 294 males,65 females,81.9% males,18.1% females, aged between 35-80 years old, with an average age(62.75±10.21)years old, mostly in junior high school.Accounted for 35.4%of the total,291 cases with comorbidities, accounting for 81.1%.2.Disease-related data of patients: The main disease course of the survey subjects was within 1 year, accounting for 71%.The majority of patients’ cardiac function classifications are in cardiac function Ⅱ.The number of diseased branches was mostly 3,accounting for 53.2%.The number of implanted stents was 1 in the majority, accounting for 43.5%.3.A univariate analysis was performed on the SF-36 quality of life scale and SAQ scale scores after PCI for coronary heart disease. In the univariate analysis, gender, marriage, smoking, drinking, age, monthly income, gout and comorbidities Hyperlipidemia, discharge time, and health literacy levels were all statistically significant(P<0.05).4.The total score of health literacy of discharged patients after coronary heart disease PCI is(43.140± 28.026),of which the score of health knowledge is(18.280±13.184),the health attitude is(10.020±6.771),and the health behavior score is(6.830± 4.952)points,health skill score is(8.150±5.355)points,the overall level is low.5.The total score of SF-36 score for the quality of life of discharged patients after coronary heart disease PCI is(61.320±9.560)points,the PL score on the SAQ scale is(56.944 ± 12.172)points,the AS score is(90.390 ± 13.918)points,AF The score is(73.008± 22.383)points,the TS score is(57.513± 9.743)points,the DP score is(59.146±12.640)points,and the total score is(61.460± 11.096)points.The overall level is medium.6.The analysis of the correlation between the total score of health literacy and the scores of various dimensions and the quality of life of discharged patients after coronary heart disease PCI showed: P=0.001,r>0,health literacy between the total score of health literacy and the SF-36 scale P=0.001 and r>0between the total score of SAQ and SAQ,indicating that there is a correlation between the two,and a positive correlation. Conclusion :1.The quality of life of discharged patients after PCI is at a moderate level, and their health literacy scores are low.2.The quality of life of discharged patients after coronary heart disease PCI is affected by gender, marriage, smoking, drinking, age, monthly income, hyperlipidemia and gout in comorbidities, discharge time, cardiac function classification and health literacy.3.There is a positive correlation between the health literacy and the quality of life of discharged patients after coronary heart disease PCI. |
