Objective:Investigation and measurement in guangxi colleges and universities of2018 secondary vocational students 2 years, the change of the growth and development of physique and health indicators, understand the physical health of 2018 secondary vocational students, eyesight situation and mental health, and discuss the related factors,in order to promote secondary vocational students’ physical health, healthy vision,to provide reference for mental health.Methods:1.Taking the students of grade 2018 in a vocational school in Guangxi as the research object, the physical examination and physical fitness test were carried out twice at the time of admission and before the internship(the time interval is two years). The test indicators include body shape(height, weight),physical function(blood pressure, pulse, vision)and other indicators; The physical fitness test includes standing long jump,50 meter run,800 meter run(female),1000 meter run(male),etc.2.Before the internship, all the students were investigated by using the Symptom Self-Rating Scale(SCL-90)and the self-compiled questionnaire "Students’ Physical Health Influential Factor Questionnaire",which included genetic and social content, dietary behavior, behavioral and living habits factors and so on.3.Epi Data database was used to input data,SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis, and the statistical test level was two-sided α= 0.05。Results:1.Among the secondary vocational students,592(25.09%)were in the lower middle level, and 1767(74.90%)were in the upper middle level. In the past two years, the height of boys and girls increased in all age groups, with an average increase of 1.98 cm and 0.47 cm,respectively. The statistical results of height development grades of students of different ages showed that there was no significant difference in height development grades of students of different ages,no matter male or female(P > 0.05).2.There were 2352 students with normal systolic blood pressure and 7students with abnormal systolic blood pressure; There were 2331 students with normal diastolic blood pressure and 28 students with abnormal diastolic blood pressure. The statistical results of blood pressure level of students of different ages showed that there was no significant difference in systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between boys and girls(P > 0.05).3.733 students(31.08%)had normal vision,1626(68.92%)had abnormal vision. The statistical results of visual acuity of students in different age groups showed that the number of students with abnormal vision was more in different age groups,no matter boys or girls, and the differences were not statistically significant(P > 0.05).4.Multiariate Logistic regression analysis showed that father’s height class, family economic status, drinking milk or soybean milk, drinking carbonated drinks, time of one exercise, times of physical exercise were independent influencing factors for the height development of secondary vocational students(P < 0.05).Among them, the height development of secondary vocational students is based on the father’s height(middle OR lower class(OR=0.359),middle OR upper class(OR=0.231)),family economic difficulties(OR=0.632),2-3 times of physical activity a month(OR=0.635),and less than 1 time a month(OR=0.047)5.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that the habit of drinking milk and soy milk sometimes(OR=0.608)and seldom eating vegetables(OR=0.608)were the protective factors for poor vision of secondary vocational students. The feeling of getting up in the morning(a little foggy, but just wash your face)(OR=1.560,),the feeling of getting up in the morning(very sleepy and don’t want to get up)(OR=1.467),high jump and long jump(OR=1.969,)were the risk factors for poor vision of secondary vocational students.6.The results of symptom self-rating scale(SCL-90)showed that 662 people got positive results, and the positive detection rate was 28.1%.The subjects were more likely to be affected by somatization(t=-9.871,P < 0.001),obsessive-compulsive symptoms(t=-19.665,P < 0.001),interpersonal sensitivity(t=-11.652,P < 0.001),depression(t=-7.888,P < 0.001),anxiety(t=-13.293,P <0.001),hostility(t=-18.545,P < 0.001),terror(t=3.123,P < 0.002),paranoid(t=-15.193,P < 0.001),psychosis(t=-15.710,P < 0.001)were higher than the national average norm factor. The difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).By comparing the positive rate of mental health status of secondary vocational students of different genders,it was found that the number of female students with depression(2 = 4.460,P = 0.035)and hostility(2 = 4.978,P =0.026)factors was significantly higher than that of male students. The positive detection rate of depression(2 = 8.340,P = 0.015)was different among the students of different ages.Conclusion:1.The overall physical health level of the students in this school is good, but 27.94% of the students are below the average height level. The height grade of father, family economic status, drinking milk or soybean milk, drinking carbonated drinks, the time of one exercise and the number of sports are the independent influencing factors of the height development of secondary vocational students.2.The detection rate of poor vision was 68.92%.The habit of drinking milk and soybean milk, the frequency of eating vegetables, the feeling of getting up in the morning and the types of sports were the influencing factors of poor vision of secondary vocational students.3.The overall mental health of the students in this school is poor, and the detection rate of psychological problems of girls is higher than that of boys. |
