Research On Online Health Community Faceted Retrieval Based On Medical Knowledge Graph

With the advancement of the "Healthy China 2030" Planning Outline,the development of Internet communication technology and the improvement of people’s health awareness,the online health community has received widespread attention.Due to its advantages such as convenience,efficiency,and easy access,online health communities have become an important channel for the public to obtain health information,improve their health literacy,and seek medical advice.However,there are still problems in the management services of the online health community,such as the low degree of semantics of resource organization,low integration dimension,and single service mode,which severely restrict the utilization efficiency of its health information.On the one hand,the scale of online health information is large and presented in an unstructured manner,and it is difficult for users to filter out the content of interest from the search results,which leads to information overload;on the other hand,due to the complexity of medical knowledge,it is difficult for users to understand,and there is a large uncertainty in their health needs,and the breadth and flexibility of retrieval are restricted,which is not conducive to the realization of retrieval and expansion of health information.How to achieve a reasonable organization of online health community information resources and how to provide users with dynamic and precise quality services have become the key and difficult issues that need to be resolved urgently in their management services.Based on this,on the basis of fully combing domestic and foreign online health community information organization and service related research,this paper proposes a technical path to realize online health information faceted retrieval with the help of knowledge graphs,and optimizes the navigation effect of online health communities to improve its resource utilization.Its research work mainly includes three aspects:First,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the needs of users in the online health community,using multi source heterogeneous data,the current existing medical knowledge graph is carried out.Selective use,from the three links of knowledge extraction,knowledge fusion,and knowledge graph storage to construct a medical knowledge graph for online health communities;secondly,construct an online health community facet system model based on the medical knowledge graph,and use the medical knowledge graph to reveal The huge advantages of entities and entity relationships are used to guide the construction of the online health community facet system,facet and focus ordering plan formulation,facet display control strategy implementation in the whole process;finally,"cervicitis" as the specific application background,conduct empirical research on the gynecology section of 39Healthnet as the data source,construct and implement a prototype system of faceted retrieval of online health communities based on medical knowledge graphs,in order to verify the usability of the constructed medical knowledge graph and the scientificity,and efficiency of the faceted retrieval model of the online health community.The medical knowledge graph for online health communities constructed in this article and the faceted retrieval model of online health communities based on the medical knowledge graph are designed to optimize the information organization and information navigation effects of online health communities,and reduce the cognitive burden of users,So that it can quickly and accurately locate the required health information,thereby further improving the user experience.
