| Purpose:In recent years, the track and field sports event have attracted much attention. As the training intensity of young track and field athletes increases, sports injuries cannot be ignored. At present, there are a lot of researches on injuries of young athletes in various sports events, especially the basic event track and field. This paper selects middle school students in Beijing as the target population, aiming to design a set of simple and feasible training system to prevent injuries according to the injury datafrom the questionnaire.Research method:Methods used by this article is that the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, experimental training method and data analysis method.Firstly,120 young running athletes from 5 middle schools in Beijing are surveyed to conduct a sports injuries questionnaire.Based on the collected data, the epidemiological and the post-injury management of young running athletes are summarized.Subsequently, this article developed a simple and practical injury prevention training program for the knee and ankle joints which occurs the highest incidence of injury. From the 120 adolescents surveyed,32 athletes who volunteered to participate in the test and training were randomly divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group carried out injury prevention training twice a week for 6 weeks on the basis of normal special training, and the control group did not intervene. The Star Excursion Balance Test(SEBT)and Functional Movement Screen(FMS)were performed to compare the differences in dynamic balance and lower limb function between the two groups of athletes before and after intervention.Research results:The three parts with the highest incidence of injuries in young track and field athletes are the ankle(32.5%),knee(14.2%)and leg(23.4%).The incidence of minor injuries is the highest(),and most of the injuries are acute(71.1%)injuries.Stretching before and after exercise(54.2%)are relatively weak. Before and after the intervention, when the right leg was supported;the distances of the ALAT,PLAT,and AMED directions of the Star Excursion Balance Test were significantly different;and when the left leg was supported, the ANT,LAT,and AMED distance were significantly different. There were significant differences in bar squat and hurdle score in FMS test(P<0.05).Conclusions and recommendations:In view of the short intervention period, the injury prevention training programs are more effective for young running athletes. It is suggested that coaches can selectively use the injury prevention program during the young athletes’ training, and researchers can conduct in-depth research on young athletes in the future. |
