Clinical Study On Different Dosage Forms Of Guizhi Fuling Decoction For Treating Early Tumescence After Fracture Of Tibia And Fibula

Objective By evaluating the effect of Guizhi Fuling Decoction on the early postoperative swelling of tibiofibular fractures,and comparing the different dosage forms,the clinical observation results were analyzed to provide data for clinical application.Methods Ninety patients with tibiofibular fractures that met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into three groups:formula granule group,Chinese medicine decoction group and control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given mannitol injection Drops 3 days,at the same time asked to strengthen its functional exercise,formula particles group in the control group plus oral Guizhi Fuling pill(be consisted of Guizhi,Poria,red peony root,peach kernel and Dan skin)of formula particles and side Group was given oral Guizhi Fuling pill Decoction for one week.The general demographic data were recorded in patients with limb swelling on the 1st,3rd,5th and 7th days postoperatively,and the patients on the 1st and 3rd day after operation Blood rheology indicators change,and then analyze the recorded data,sorting,the use of statistical software to process the data to evaluate the efficacy of Guizhi Fuling pill and its different formulations.Results Three groups of gender,age,injury factors,lower extremity distribution,swelling ratio before treatment,before treatment,degree of swelling,no difference between groups,comparable.On the first day after operation,there was no significant difference in the swelling value between the TCM Pieces group,the formula granule group and the control group.The swelling value of limbs in three groups decreased obviously on the 3rd and 5th day after operation,p<0.05 in the three groups,with statistical significance.On the 7th day after operation,the swelling value of limbs also decreased in all three groups,but there was no significant difference between the granule group and the decoction group.On the 3rd,5th,7th day after operation,there were significant differences between the granule group and the decoction group and the control group,p<0.05,but there was no significant difference between the granule group and the decoction group.In the indexes of hemorheology,there were significant differences between the granule group,the decoction group and the control group(p <0.05)on the 7th day after operation.On the first day after the operation,there was no significant difference between the three groups;On the 7th day after operation,there was significant difference in the whole blood viscosity and the erythrocyte aggregation index between the two groups(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the granule group and the decoction group Difference(p> 0.05).Conclusions Guizhi Fuling Decoction can effectively improve the tibiofibular closed fracture open reduction plate internal fixation early clinical symptoms of swelling,clinical drug safety and effectiveness of different dosage forms,are worthy of clinical promotion.
