Objective:Observation of spiral tube traction match steel needle splint fixation for the treatment the middle part of tibia and fibula fracture. Observation the stability after fixation,the grow speed of poroma,the healing state,the time of fracture healing,complications and recovery of knell with ankle function, on the basis of previous work, make further study of spiral tube traction match steel needle splint fixation for the treatment the middle part of tibia and fibula fracture's mechanism of action, should be standardized or regular track.Methods:50patients were randomly divided into treatment group 25 cases and 25 cases of the control group, treatment group were fixed with spiral tube traction match steel needle splint, control group were fixed with general five-in-one splint fixation and continuous skeletal traction of calcaneus for the treatment. Observe displacement again after treatment in the first day,the first week and the second week, observe the grow speed of porosis in first,second,fourth,sixth month.After of treatment for six months,then observe bone fracture healing state,the time of healing, position and knee with ankle function recovery status, comparative analysis in treatment group and control group.Results:the general treatment effect of treatment group Have an advantage over to control group,in the prevent displacement again is better than control group, in the counterpoint aspect after healing compare, the good rate in treatment group is73.91%, control group is 68.18%,the grow speed of poroma indifferent in first and sixth month,have difference in second and fourth month, treatment group healing time is 14.14±2.949 weeks, control group healing time is 16.45±4.211 weeks, the speed of poroma is fast than control group,total healing rate superior to,in the aspect of knee ankle function recovery status treatment group is 82.6%, control group is 68.2%,the treatment group have an advantage over to control group in the knee ankle function recovery. Conclusion:spiral tube traction match steel needle splint fixation for the treatment the middle part of tibia and fibula fracture, healing time is short, function recovery status fine, stabilization site, fixation safe etc.Moreover,can decrease fracture displacement, malformation healing, dysfunction etc. syndrome.
