Correlation Study Of Retinal Vessels Grades And Clinical Prognosis In Patients With Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective To explore the correlation of retinal vessel grades and clinical prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 180 patients with acute cerebral infarction whom admitted in the Department of Neurology,Jiangnan Hospital Affiliated Zhejiang Chinese Medical University,and a total of 90 healthy peoples who at the same time can complete the ophthalmoscope photographic check,were collected from 2016.07.01 to 2017.06.30.All patients were examined with fundus digital photography and the neural function impairment scores within three days after admission.All patients were treated according to 2014 edition of the guidelines of diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic stroke,and evaluated with the modified Rankin Scale(mRS)after three months.They were divided into good outcome group and poor outcome group according to the modified Rankin scale score.To analysis the correlation of retinal veddel grades with clinical prognosis in patients with acute cerebral infarction.Results ① In that classification of fundus vascular lesion,the incidences of eyeground arteriosclerosis disease at all levels in acute cerebral infarction patients with poor outcome were higher than that in acute cerebral infarction in good group and normal control group,which the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).②According to the method of rank sum test Kruskal-Wallis,the higher retinal vessels grades in patients with acute cerebral infarction,the heavier the degree of neural function impairment.To comparison the different retinal vessels grades,there was statistical difference(Hc=16.06,P<0.05);According to the rank sum test Wilcoxon two sample comparison method,good outcome group of retinal vessels grades is lighter in patients with acute cerebral infarction,and poor outcome group of retinal vessels grades is heavier,there was statistical difference between the two groups(Uc=3.05,P<0.05).Conclusion Retinal vessels grades and prognosis of acute cerebral infarction patients is closely linked:The higher retinal vessels grade,the heavier the degree of illness,and the worse prognosis.
