| Objective Comparative the clinical effect for Manipulative reduction of TCM with percutaneous Kirschner wire Closed Reduction and Poking with Traditional percutaneous anterior tibial Hollow Tension Screw internal fixation in the Treatment of Posterior Malleolar Fractures. Methods 34 Posterior Malleolar Fractures patients were recruited from The Orthopedics and Traumatology Hospital of TCM of Fuyang from July 1st,2016 to September30st,2017.According to different treatments,16 patients belong to Kirschner wire group and 18patients belong to Hollow Tension Screw group.Reccording the two groups of different surgical methods in patients with operation time, blood loss, clinical healing time of fracture and ankle functiong score after three months, six months and nine months, according to the American Association of foot and ankle in department of orthopedics AOFAS,were compared and analyzed, after statistics processing result. Results The 34 patients were followed up in our research. There were no significant differences in the fracture type, basic information and clinical healing time of fracture between two groups(P>0.05).While there was obvious meaningin the operation time, blood loss between two groups(P<0.01).The Kirschner wire group was obviously less than the Hollow Tension Screw group. And there was significant differences in the AOFAS score, between two groups(P<0.05).The Kirschner wire group was better than the Hollow Tension Screw group after three months, six months and nine months. Conclusion Combined Manipulative reduction of TCM with percutaneous Kirschner wire Closed Reduction and Poking internal fixation in the Treatment of Posterior Malleolar Fractures is a good clinical choices, with less trauma,Less bleeding and functional exercise earlier, ankle function recovery better. |
