Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Unilateral Atlantoaxial Subluxation By Lifting Positioning And Rotating Pulling Manipulation

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation in treating unilateral atlantoaxial subluxation,by comparing lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation and supine traction pulling manipulation,to further clarify the clinical efficacy and safety of the end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation,in order to provide the basis for the clinical application of end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation in treating unilateral atlantoaxial subluxation.Methods A total of 60 patients with unilateral atlantoaxial subluxation,who met the criteria of diagnosis and inclusion and exclusion criteria,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group,by means of Microsoft Excel software.The treatment group was treated with end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation.The control group was treated with supine traction pulling manipulation.Every other day,3 times a week,2 weeks 6 times for a course of treatment,after a course of treatment to observe the effect.The pain,symptoms and signs of all patients were scored before and after treatment,and the distance difference between the odontoid process and the lateral mass was recorded before and after treatment.Data processing and analysis were done by statistical software SPSS21.0.Results 1.The treatment group was cured in 14 cases,markedly effective in 11 cases,effective in 4 cases,ineffective in 1 cases,the total effective rate was 96.6%;The control group was cured in 5 cases,markedly effective in 13 cases,effective in 9 cases,ineffective in 3 cases,the total effective rate was 90%;Compared with the two groups,the curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.In the group,the difference of pain,symptoms and signs,and the difference of the distance between the odontoid process and the lateral mass of the two groups before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05);Among the two groups,the difference in pain,symptoms and signs,and the difference of the distance between the odontoid process and the lateral mass were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both of the end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation and the supine traction pulling manipulation can treat the unilateral atlantoaxial subluxation effectively,and the end lifting positioning and rotating pulling manipulation is better than the supine traction pulling manipulation at the end.
