Observation Of Curative Effect Of Side-lying Fixed-point Pulling Method On Atlantoaxial Joint Subluxation Under MRI

ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of the lateral decubitus fixed-point pull method in the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation under MRI images.MethodBy selecting 60 patients with atlantoaxial subluxation meeting the inclusion criteria,they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group,and scored by MRI and JOA scale,and recorded.The patients in the control group were treated with traditional massage and cervical spine extension and extension,and the patients in the experimental group were treated with traditional massage and fixed-point pull in the lateral position.Both groups were treated for 3 weeks,twice a week.After treatment,the JOA scale score and MRI review were performed again.Use statistical methods to compare the data obtained from the experiment to evaluate the efficacy.Results1.Baseline analysis of general clinical data:There was no statistically significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,atlantoaxial subluxation symptoms and signs,and imaging observations between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline between the two groups The information is comparable.2.After the treatment,the experimental group and the control group have a certain effect on the treatment of atlantoaxial subluxation.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The experimental group was better than the control group.3.After the treatment,the difference between the experimental group and the control group under MRI of the dentate side mass gap was smaller than before(P<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.4.After the treatment,the edema of the transverse ligament under MRI in the experimental group and the control group was improved(P<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion1.The fixed-point pulling method in the lateral position can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with atlantoaxial subluxation;2.After treatment,MRI of some patients showed that the gap between the lateral masses of the odontoid process was reduced,and the edema of the transverse ligament was relieved;3.The fixed-point pull method in the lateral position is better than the traditional cervical spine pull and extension method,and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
