Experimental Study On Transitional Care Model On Postoperative Lung Cancer Patients After The ICU Transitional Care

Objective To explore the effect of transitional care model on postoperative lung cancer patients after the ICU transitional care.Methods From October 2015 to October 2016 in a hospital in Zhejiang admitted 100 cases of ICU patients after lung cancer surgery as the research object for clinical research,according to the patients admitted according to the order of the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,on the 7 day transition period just out of ICU in the control group of patients with lung cancer underwent Department of thoracic surgery ICU roll out the transition period the nurse not only accept the intervention,postoperative nursing routine Department of thoracic surgery.The transition period of the observation group was treated with ICU transitional nursing mode and Department of thoracic surgery nursing routine,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results 100 cases of lung cancer ICU after resection of lung cancer from ICU into the Department of thoracic surgery patients,in the transition period of 7 days,patients in the control group the incidence of adverse events in 24%patients in the observation group;the incidence of adverse events was 6%;between the two groups,the observation group the incidence of adverse events was significantly lower than the control group(P=0.012)in control group during the transition period seventh days SDS score(58.24±6.41);the observation group was(51.28±4.56);the two group contrast,depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).In the control group,the SAS score was seventh days(57.82±6.16)in the observation group(48.29±4.33),and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of seventh days in the control group was(13.44±0.94),the observation group was(8.14±0.67),although the sleep quality of the observation group was still poor,but it was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The control group ICU return rate of 16%;observation group ICU return rate of 4%;between the two groups,the observation group ICU return rate was significantly lower than the control group(P=0.046).Conclusion For the special period just out of ICU after lung cancer surgery in the transitional care is necessary,Can improve the quality of nursing,can reduce the incidence of adverse events and ICU return rate,alleviate the negative emotions of patients,reduce the degree of depression and anxiety,improve the quality of life and sleep quality,promote the early recovery of the patients.
