The Clinical Efficacy Of Compound "Ziling" Capsules In The Treatment Of Vitiligo With Alopecia Areata And Liver-Kiney Deficiency Symptoms

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Compound "ziling" Capsules in treatment of vitiligo with alopecia areata and liver-Kiney deficiency symptoms.Methods:Selected 60 vitiligo patients with alopecia areata and liver-Kiney deficiency symptoms,totally 60 target lesions are selected,the treatment group was treated by giving oral Compound "ziling" Capsules 600 mg each time,three times a day.External use:Tacalcitol once per day,fufangkaliziranding once a day.After external use for sunshine 1 to 2 minutes.Control group also Selected 60 vitiligo patients with alopecia areata and liver-Kiney deficiency symptoms,totally 60 target lesions are selected.only external use:Tacalcitol once per day,fufangkaliziranding once a day.After external use for sunshine 1 to 2 minutes.Each patient take 1 piece of skin lesions as target lesion,4 weeks for a course of treatment,continuous observation for six courses.After completion of study,we need evaluate recovery degree of pigment in skin lesions,which is divided into 4 grades,Level 1.Healing:white spot all faded,restore normal color of skin.Level 2.:fade or narrow white spot part,returned to normal skin color area accounted for 50%of skin area.Level 3.Improvement:white spot fade and shrink.Level 4 Invalid:white spot without pigment regeneration or expanded.We apply the SPSS19.0 for data analysis and analyze the clinical curative effect,Adverse events were recorded during treatment.Results:finished there has 58 cases in treatment group,and 55 cases in control group,treatment group and control group for clinical observation on comparing,two group total effectiveness respectively 94.83%,89.10%,dash optimal rate respectively 63.8%,53.13%,with significant difference(P<0.05),suggesting the effect of treatment group is better than the control group,two groups of cure rate respectively 15.52%,10.91%,there are significant differences(P>0.05),suggesting the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:Compound "ziling" Capsules has a good effect in the treatment of vitiligo with alopecia areata and liver-Kiney deficiency symptoms.Compared with the control group,the treatment group had better effect and worth being applied widely.
