Deeply Needling Jiaji Combined With Collagenase Chemonucleolysis To Observe The Curative Effect Of The Treatment Of Lumbar Discherniation

Objective:To evaluate the early clinical effects of deeply needling Jiaji points combined with collagenase chemonucleolysis to treat lumbar disc herniation.Methods:According to the standards of inclusion criteria,The patients admitted as outpatient to department of Orthopedics Ward 3 of Xiamen Hospital of TCM from November 2013 to December 2014.The patients were randomly and equally divided into two groups.The control group 22 cases,21 cases of the treatment group,There are 21 cases in the control group completed the final test,the treatment group and 20 patients completed the final test.The control group was purely nuclear collagenase treatment,the treatment group received preoperative combined nuclear collagenase Jiaji deep stab treatment.Observed and recorded the post-treatment clinical symptoms in the control group and the treatment group before treatment,Finally,analyze the data statistically by using the statistical software SPSS 18.0 for windows.Results:(1)The difference between the two groups on sex,age,the course of disease,were not significant(P>0.05).(2)Visual analog scale:There was significant differences(P<0.05)in scores of visual analog scale before and after treatment between group,There was significant differences(P<0.05)among two groups in the scores of visual analog scale after one course of treatment and two course of treatment after treatment.(3).JOA scores:Between the internal comparison,there were significant differences(P<0.05)among two groups between the scores of JOA after a course of treatment and after two treatments of the two groups.There were significant differences(P<0.05)except clinical signs scorein two groups between the scores of JOA after one course of treatment.(4).Treatment effective rate:There was no statistical significant difference(P>0.05)on the total effiency ratiobetween the two groups,after two courses treatment.Conclusion:Jiaji deep puncture therapy with nuclear collagenase treatment of lumbar disc herniation in patients with early stage can significantly improve local and systemic symptoms,improve quality of life of patients and early efficacy was significantly better than the individualy nuclear collagenase technique.
