Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of elastic enough care of patients with foot drop.To evaluate the elastic footrest right peroneal nerve injury in patients with foot drop due to ankle dorsiflexion ROM and gait.Methods:The subjects included 60 patients Institute,were collected in December 2013-2014 in December of inpatient and outpatient,including 13 males and 47 females,aged between 39 distributed to 76 years old,Average age of 55.73 years.All patients were randomly numbered sequentially according to treatment group,divided into general foot care group and elastic foot care group,a total of two groups.The following treatment regimens:(1)basic treatment:All patients are required to complete the relevant checks,including limb EMG,full-length piece of the lower limbs,limb ankle radiographs,wearing ankle before a general foot care weeks of daily oral administration of patient begin Methycobal 500ug,3 times/day;(2)intervention:In patients oral Methycobal one week after clinical efficacy indicators:① patients ankle dorsiflexion ROM,② patient gait analysis of indicators:step length,stride,pace,stride frequency.Immediately after the general wear footrest clinical efficacy indicators:② patients with ankle dorsiflexion ROM,gait analysis indicators②.patients:step length,stride,pace,stride frequency.After the experimental group were asked to wear elastic enough one week,three weeks after each measurement time indicator in the control group of patients wearing the general footrest one week after the first three weeks after each measurement indicators,observe and record the results of comparative indicators.Observe and record the results of the two groups of patients wear indicators before and after the footrest.All data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 18.0 comparative analysis of the differences between the two groups.Results:The two groups of patients with general information on an analysis was not statistically significant(P>0.05),comparable.2.Stretch foot care group immediately after wearing elastic footrest detection step comparison(P>0.05),with no significant difference before wearing,wearing elastic enough to care one week after wearing footrest and compared before(P<0.05),wearing Stretch footrest and three weeks after one week wearing elastic footrest comparison(P<0.05),general foot care group immediately after the general foot care worn steps to detect and compare(P before wearing>0.05),no significant difference,wear After one week after the general foot care and foot care before wearing comparison(P<0.05),wearing elastic footrest three weeks and one week wearing elastic footrest comparison(P<0.05).Conclusions:a patient-worn footrest a process of adaptation,wearing foot care immediately after 3 weeks after clinical efficacy parameters were significantly better than wearing footrest detect indicators and clinical indicators footrest wearing one week after the index gradually improving.2.General foot care group compared with elastic foot care group,using elastic enough care to improve patient outcomes ankle dorsiflexion ROM obvious;3.general foot care group compared with the elastic foot care group,using elastic enough care to patients than gait improve significantly. |
