| In order to improve the suitability of tobacco raw materials for cigarette brands,eliminate the problems of "excessive irritation and local gas" in the southern Sichuan tobacco region(including Luzhou and Yibin),and promote a balance between tobacco supply and demand,this study was conducted at 15 sites in the main tobacco growing areas of the southern Sichuan tobacco region to determine agronomic traits,biological yield,post-drying tobacco leaf quality,physical properties and chemical composition.In this study,agronomic traits,biological yield,post-drying tobacco quality,physical properties and chemical composition were measured at 15 sites in the main growing areas of southern Sichuan.A fuzzy mathematics-based comprehensive evaluation of baking tobacco in the southern Sichuan tobacco region,and the construction of an evaluation index system for "medium tobacco" in the southern Sichuan tobacco region.The main findings of the study are as follows:1.Calculate the weight of each indicator through the comprehensive assignment method(subjective assignment method,principal component assignment method and coefficient of variation assignment method),and then calculate the comprehensive evaluation index through the affiliation function.Xianfeng has the highest overall evaluation index.Xianfeng is the most consistent with the characteristics of " mediumgrowth tobacco " in the southern Sichuan smoking area.Zhenzhou has the lowest overall evaluation index,and Zhenzhou is the least consistent with the characteristics of " medium-growth tobacco " in the southern Sichuan smoking area.The degree of conformity of the different sampling points to the characteristics of " medium-growth tobacco " is: Xianfeng > Daxueshan > Shangluo > Pingshan > Hele > Xinshi > Gaoping >Zhongdu > Daba > Shuangsha > Dahe > Dazhai > Yuhe> Moni > Zhenzhou.2.The standards for each indicator of "medium tobacco" in the southern Sichuan smoking area are as follows:Agronomic traits: plant height between 110-130 cm,median 122.6cm,stem circumference between 8-10 cm,median 9.1cm,number of leaves retained between 17-21,median 19,leaf layer width between 50-60 cm,median 56.3cm,bottom width between 45-55 cm,median 51.2cm,top width between 35-45 cm,median 39.9cm.45 cm wide with a median of 39.9cm;Biological yield: fresh weight of lower leaves between 184-378.3g with a median of 267.1g,fresh weight of middle leaves between 280.3-447.1g with a median of 340.9g,fresh weight of upper leaves between 147.5-266.6g with a median of 203 g and total fresh weight of leaves between 693-1062.3g with a median of 796.3g;Quality of appearance: good maturity,orange colour,loose leaf structure,oil content,moderate identity and strong colour;Physical characteristics: equilibrium moisture content between 14.74-15.5%,median 14.74%,stalk content between 22.49-32.57%,median 27.9%,leaf weight per leaf between 10.55-16.88 g,median 13.85 g,leaf thickness between 0.08-1.2mm,median 0.15 mm,leaf length between 56.3-76.3cm with a median of 67.5cm,leaf width between 16.3-22.3cm with a median of 19.5cm;Chemical composition: Nicotine 1.5-3.5%,median 2.5%,total sugar 16-25%,median 23.65%,reducing sugar 14-18%,median 15%,total nitrogen 1.5-3.5%,median3%,potassium 2.1-4.2%,median 3%,starch 2.7-5.2%,median 4.4%.Sugar to base ratio 8-10,median 9,nitrogen to base ratio 0.8-1.2,median 1. |
