| The test used 40 tobacco varieties as materials,to do artificially induced TMV inoculation test,and disease resistance of 40 tobacco varieties,basing on disease index(D)and resistance index(RI),using clustering method to divide different resistance tobacco varieties,and its’ resistance classification.In order to reduce single index analysis brings one-sidedness,we chose representative selections of 4 TMV immune varieties(Yanshai6、SY03-1、CV91、Jiyan9),4 mid resistant varieties(Yanshai3、Jianpingdalanhua、Yanshai7、Xiaomaxi),TMV mid susceptible varieties(Damaxi、Yunyan87、Yanshai2、Yanshai1)as test materials,and used antioxidant enzyme activity,dry matter accumulation,photosynthesis efficiency and chlorophyll content as indicators.Using subordinate function to do comprehensive analysis of 12 parts tobacco varieties degree of resistance.The main results were as follows:1、Different tobacco resistance to TMV identification:Yanshai9、Yanshai5、Yanshai6、Yanshai10、CV91、Jiyan9、SY03-1、SZ08-1、SZ08-2、SZ08-3、SZ08-4、SY04-3、SY04-5、SY04-6、B7、8107、SZ12-01、SZ12-02、SZ12-03、SZ12-04、SZ12-05、大るき and twenty-two copies of materials are TMV immune varieties;Yanshai3、Yanshai7、Yanjiqiancengta、Xiaomaxi、Bankuncun sun-cured、Jianpingdarentou、Jianpingdalanhua、SZ12-07、Baichenghuboxiang and nine copies of materials are TMV mid resistant variety;Yanshail、Yanshai2、Yanshai4、Yanshai8、Zilaihong、Damaxi、NC89、Yunyan87 and eight copies of materials are TMV mid susceptible variety;G 140 are TMV susceptible variety.2、Cluster analysis:testing varieties will be divided into two categories,no matter based on disease index(D)or resistance index(R)date,first kind included three subgroups(1-1、1-2、1-3),included eighteen varieties.Including 1-1 are Jianpingdalanhua、Bankuncun sun-cured、SZ12-07、Yanshai3、Yanshai7、Jianpingdarentou、Xiaomaxi、Yanjiqiancengta、Baichenghuboxiang.Including 1-2 are Damaxi、Yanshai1、Yunyan87、NC89、Yanshai4、Zilaihong、Yanshai2、Yanshai8;Including 1-3are G140;The seconded kind includedone subgroup(2-1),included twenty-two varieties:SY04-6、Yanshai5、SY03-1、Yanshai6、SY04-5、Jiyan9、CV91、SZ08-1、Yanshai9、SZ08-4、S212-04、B7、SZ12-02、SZ12-03、8107、大るき、SY04-3、Yanshai10、SZ12-05SZ12-01、SZ08-2、SZ08-3.3、Change rates of Physiology and biochemistry of different tobacco inoculation:in antioxidant enzymes activity areas,inoculation treatments were higher than control treatments of twelve varieties when 18days,24days after inoculation,appearing increase rates,the greatest increase were TMV immune varieties,the second were TMV mid resistant varieties,the third were TMV susceptible varieties.Inoculation treatments were lower than the controls of twelve varieties when 36days after inoculation,appearing decrease rates,the decrease rate from big to small was:TMV susceptible varieties>TMV mid susceptible varieties>TMV mid resistant varieties.In MDA activity areas,inoculation treatments were higher than control treatments of twelve varieties after inoculation,appearing increase rates,the greatest increase were TMV mid susceptible varieties,the second were TMV mid resistant varieties,the third were TMV immune varieties.In photosynthetic efficiency、chlorophyll content、dry matter accumulation activity areas,control treatments were higher than inoculation treatments of twelve varieties after inoculation,appearing decrease rates,the greatest decrease were TMV mid susceptible varieties,the second were TMV mid resistant varieties,the third were TMV immune varieties.4、Subordinative function value and comprehensive rank:Subordinate function comprehensive sorts of twelve tobacco varieties from strong to weak was:Yanshai6>SY03-1>CV91>Jiyan9>Xiaomaxi>Yanshai7>Jianpingdalanhua>Yanshai3>Yanshai2>Yunyan87>Yanshail>Damaxi.The top-ranking among cultivars were immune ones and subordinate function in the range of 0.9931—0.9843;the second rank were TMV mid resistant variety,and subordinate function in the range of 0.3881—0.3815;the last were TMV mid susceptible variety and subordinate function in the range of 0.0410-0.0292.Yanshai6 was the largest in twelve tobacco varieties and its subordinate function was 0.9931,had the highest resistance.Damaxi was the least in twelve tobacco varieties and its subordinate function was 0.3815,had the weakest resistance. |
