To Promote The High-quality Development Of Fuzhou’s Marine Fishery Economy

The high-quality development of Marine fishery economy is the application of the high-quality development strategy in the field of Marine fishery economy.It is a process in which the government finds out the problems and traces back to the source of the current situation of Marine fishery economy development,takes appropriate measures,proposes reasonable solutions to the problems and scientifically controls them.High-quality development advocates the protection of the ecological environment while developing the economy.On the premise that the ecological environment is effectively protected,green development of the economy is promoted through innovation and competition.Marine fishery resources are the important foundation of Marine fishery economic development,and the sustainable utilization of Marine fishery resources depends on the effective protection of Marine ecological environment.For Marine fishery industry,it is the fundamental carrier and core of Marine fishery economic development,and can be subdivided into offshore fishing industry,pelagic fishery industry and mariculture industry,which are huge and complicated.If in the sea on the premise of effectively protecting the ecological environment,optimize the Marine fisheries industry structure adjustment,the high level development and efficient use of the Marine fishery resources,the Marine fishery economy will be able to inspire great vitality and creativity,so as to realize improvement of people’s living environment,improve people’s living standards,promote social progress goals.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the implementation of high-quality development strategy in the field of Marine fishery economy by taking Marine fishery economy as the research object.Under the guidance of Marxist theory,this thesis uses the new development concept and the relevant principles of management,combined with the actual development of Fuzhou’s Marine fishery economy,affirms the achievements Fuzhou has made in the high-quality development of Marine fishery economy.But there are also such as offshore fishing capacity,lack of pelagic fishery development,the development pattern of mariculture and Marine fishery resources and serious problems such as ecological environment destruction,these problems seriously restricted the high quality development of fuzhou city Marine fishery economy,this study based on the analyses the cause of these problems,puts forward the countermeasures of six aspects: The first is to improve government governance capacity;The second is to improve the legal system of Marine fisheries;The third is to broaden the financing channels of Marine fisheries;Fourth,strengthen the construction of Marine fishery innovation personnel system;Fifth,strengthen scientific and technological innovation,improve the application level of Marine fishery science and technology;Sixth,we will optimize the industrial structure of Marine fisheries.Through these countermeasures,we hope to improve the problems existing in the development of Marine fishery economy in Fuzhou,and provide decision-making consultation for the local government to implement high-quality development of Marine fishery economy and realize high-quality development of Marine fishery economy.
