| Having 6800 square kilometers watered by Yellow River,Hetao region is one of the largest irrigation areas in Asia.Due to sufficient light and good irrigation conditions the crops in this region enjoy excellent quality.In the arid and semi-arid Bayannaoer area,the local government began to promote technologies such as water and fertilizer integration in 2010.At present,the water and fertilizer integrated machine in Hetao area has some problems,such as high manufacturing cost,low water treatment efficiency of the Yellow River,difficult equipment operation,high working intensity of farmers and inability to remotely control it.Based on the above problems,this thesis takes the water and fertilizer integrated machine of Dabo Jintian Company as the research object,aiming at solving the problems that the water and fertilizer integrated machine can not be controlled remotely and the filtering efficiency of the cyclone is low.Based on this,this thesis mainly carries out research work from the following aspects.1.Through CFD simulation test of cyclone,the tangential velocity field,axial velocity field and radial velocity field in cyclone are analyzed,and the mechanism of solid-liquid separation is studied.Considering the working principle of hydrocyclone,the effects of inlet diameter,column length,underflow diameter,the insertion depth of overflow pipe and the distance between inlet and bus on filtration efficiency were studied by single factor numerical simulation test.Based on the results of single factor numerical simulation test,the parameters needed for orthogonal test are selected.2.Through orthogonal test,taking filtration efficiency as an index,the influence relationship between various factors and filtration efficiency is analyzed,and the particle trajectory diagram and flow field trajectory diagram of cyclone optimization model are obtained and analyzed,further clarifying the advantages of optimization model.Compared with the original design,the optimized model of cyclone improves the filtration efficiency by 13%~19%,which shows that the filtration efficiency of cyclone can be better improved by improving the structural parameters of cyclone.Based on the optimization model,the design of automatic sand discharge system of cyclone is completed,which can discharge high concentration underflow and improve the production efficiency of cyclone..3.Using 4G network and embedded technology,STM32 minimum system as the core and TLINK cloud server as the medium,the design and implementation of hydrocyclone measurement and control system is completed.Through the measurement and control system of the integrated water and fertilizer machine,the remote transmission of fertilizer concentration,environmental temperature and humidity,location and other information of the integrated water and fertilizer machine is realized,and the remote shutdown function of the integrated water and fertilizer machine is realized. |
