Study On Synergic Prevention And Control Of Animal Epidemics In Changning County,Sichuan Province From The Perspective Of Polycentric Gocernance

Changning county has a developed livestock and poultry breeding industry,which is the first batch of key counties of animal husbandry in Sichuan province,and the country’s pigs are transferred out of big counties.In recent years,animal diseases such as foot-and-mouth disease and highly pathogenic avian flu have occurred from time to time,and exotic diseases such as African swine fever and bovine nodular dermatosis have "flown in",which has seriously restricted the development of animal husbandry and endangered public health,making the prevention and control of animal diseases more and more concerned by the government and society.After African swine fever was introduced into China in 2018,the synergic prevention and control of animal diseases was mentioned more often,but more attention was paid to the synergic prevention and control between administrative regions or administrative departments.Under the background of large circulation,the limitations of its role have become more and more obvious.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to try to annotate synergic prevention and control and study synergic prevention and control of animal diseases from the perspective of multi-center governance.This paper introduces the purpose and significance of the research,and on the basis of combing the research status at home and abroad,introduces the related core concepts and related theories in the research process of the paper.By introducing multi-center governance theory,the current situation of animal epidemic disease synergic prevention and control in Changning County was introduced,and the existing problems in animal epidemic disease synergic prevention and control in Changning County were analyzed by comprehensively using literature analysis method and investigation and research method.These problems were concentrated in the government,enterprises,third party departments and the public and other levels.Based on this,the countermeasures and suggestions were put forward in combination with the actual situation in Changning County.The conclusions of the relevant studies could provide useful reference for strengthening the prevention and control of animal epidemic diseases at the grass-roots level.
