Research On Animal Disease Prevention And Control In Daxinganling Area Of Heilongjiang Province

With the rapid development of market economy in our country,it is necessary to develop large-scale breeding to develop animal husbandry,and also to develop large-scale breeding to modernize animal husbandry,people’s demand for organic livestock products is also increasing,and ecological green organic livestock products are also the development direction of the future livestock industry.At present,the domestic livestock breeding environment has been greatly improved,but because there are still quite a number of livestock and poultry farmers in our country,most of them are still in the primary stage of management,and the level of breeding is uneven,in April,the Ministry of Agriculture and rural 2021 the National Plan for animal disease surveillance and epidemiological investigation(2021-2025),the document calls for national priority prevention and control of African swine fever,highly pathogenic foot-and-mouth disease,brucellosis and influenza A virus subtype H5N1,as well as surveillance and epidemiological investigation of key exotic animal diseases.In this paper,we studied the prevention and control of Daxinganling Prefecture diseases in Heilongjiang by means of literature review,Field Survey,questionnaire survey and Case Study,at present,Heilongjiang has achieved remarkable results in the prevention and control of Daxinganling Prefecture animal diseases.Currently,the Prevention and control of Daxinganling Ling Prefecture animal diseases in Heilongjiang is based on ensuring the development and safety of the aquaculture industry,public health safety and bio-safety positioning in the region,in order to carry out epidemic prevention work,we should adhere to the principle of putting prevention first,giving priority to both human and animal prevention,and giving priority to epidemic prevention.In practice,there are many problems and difficulties in implementing various measures for animal epidemic prevention and control,these include the remote location of the Daxinganling Prefecture,the impact of high and cold temperatures on the progress of epidemic prevention,the inadequate staffing and funding after the organizational restructuring,the high number of backyard livestock owners,the weak awareness of animal disease prevention and control,and the low number of professional veterinarians,the construction of laboratory and other epidemic prevention facilities is unbalanced,and the epidemic prevention methods are backward.On this basis,through the domestic and foreign animal disease prevention and control work experience summarized,learn from its different aspects of animal disease prevention experience.Based on the current situation of the prevention and control of Daxinganling Prefecture diseases in Heilongjiang,this paper puts forward some corresponding measures for improving the prevention and control process The second is to make forward-looking and strategic reforms in the adjustment of the talent team,strengthen the construction of animal epidemic prevention teams and strengthen the strength of grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary medicine,and the third is to strengthen the construction of monitoring facilities for grass-roots animal husbandry and veterinary medicine stations,fourth,we will strengthen financial support for the prevention and control of animal diseases and effectively increase the level of subsidies for village-level animal epidemic prevention staff,improve the ability of animal epidemic prevention.
