Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Science And Technology Promotion Of Blueberry Industry In Jilin Province

In 2016,the"No.1 Document of the Central Committee"^[1]clearly proposed to strengthen the construction of modern agricultural science and technology innovation and promotion system,actively use modern scientific and technological means to change the original traditional agricultural development mode,and promote the transformation and upgrading of the entire agricultural production chain.In order to achieve the overall implementation of"rural revitalization"and achieve the goal of"strengthening agriculture,enriching farmers and beautiful agriculture",it is necessary to make more investment and promotion of China’s modern agricultural science and technology.This paper first on the agricultural science and technology promotion mode in different regions,different agricultural products on the systematic collation,and through the collection of data to understand the development status of the blueberry industry in Jilin Province;then,using the field questionnaire survey method,taking the Jilin Province area as the research area,A comprehensive study and analysis of the influencing factors of blueberry industry technology promotion in this region,it points out the influence factor of agricultural technology promotion in blueberry industry in Jilin Province,Taking"Jilin Jingyu Blueberry Science and Technology Academy"as a case,draw the excellent experience of existing science and technology promotion mode of blueberry industry in Jilin Province;Then the problems in the promotion of blueberry industry in Jilin Province,finally,combining with the actual situation of Jilin Province,put forward targeted countermeasures and measures.Through the above analysis,we find that Jilin Province still faces the following problems in the development of blueberry industry:first,the fund of science and technology promotion of blueberry industry is insufficient,and the enthusiasm of farmers and agricultural enterprises is not high;second,the promotion has not achieved the due effect,and the driving and radiation capacity of the surrounding areas is weak;third,the operation mechanism is not innovative,and the investment of advanced information network technology is low;fourth,the loss of high-quality labor force is serious,and the popularization of new technology is more difficult;fifth,the science and technology promotion system is not adapted to the development requirements of market economy.To this end,the following measures should be taken:first,the government should increase the financial subsidy for the blueberry industry to mobilize the enthusiasm of the farmers;second,reasonably control the operation of blueberry sales process and strengthen the integration of resources;third,the government should innovate the service system of blueberry industry and broaden the thinking of farmers;fourth,optimize the training program to improve the quality of agricultural labor force;fifth,correct the information dislocation and adapt to the development of market economy.This paper to agricultural science and technology promotion theory as the breakthrough point,the Jilin province blueberry industry technology promotion analysis,finally got the Jilin province blueberry industry promotion system,promote the present situation and problems,and explore the new ideas of the blueberry industry technology promotion mode,this can not only add power for the development of Jilin province blueberry industry,also to promote the construction of science and technology promotion system in the field of other agricultural has reference significance.
