Agriculture is the foundation of the country,and the foundation is solid and peaceful.The agricultural economy is an important component of the national economy and is closely related to the country’s economic development.Under the government’s call for self-reliance and self-improvement in agricultural technology,China’s emphasis on agricultural technology innovation has also risen to a new level.As an important carrier for the development of China’s agricultural industry,agricultural technology enterprises shoulder the important mission of promoting and advancing agricultural technology.With the prosperity and development of the agricultural economy,agricultural technology enterprises continue to develop and grow,and more and more investors are turning their attention to the agricultural industry.Accompanied by this,various economic activities such as enterprise mergers,acquisitions,and restructuring are becoming increasingly frequent.However,due to the late start of agricultural technology enterprises in our country,they often face difficulties in the evaluation process,such as a lack of historical evaluation data,difficulty in determining comparable enterprises,and low correlation between current performance and enterprise growth.As a result,there is a lack of effective methods to evaluate the value of agricultural technology enterprises,making it difficult for them to obtain financing.Therefore,exploring an appropriate method for evaluating the value of agricultural technology enterprises is of great significance.This article introduces a support vector machine model to improve the income method,in order to study the value prediction of agricultural technology enterprises.The aim is to avoid the influence of human subjective factors as much as possible,avoid the phenomenon of self-learning or over learning of the prediction method itself,and solve the small sample and nonlinear problems in the prediction process.Firstly,based on a review of literature,the article determines the overall research framework and content;Then,an overview of the theory of enterprise value evaluation was provided,introducing the applicable conditions and limitations of traditional evaluation methods.The evaluation methods were selected based on the characteristics of agricultural technology enterprises and the factors affecting their value environment.At the same time,relevant theories of support vector machines were introduced;Subsequently,based on the principles of feasibility,reliability of results,and reduction of evaluation costs,a support vector machine based agricultural technology enterprise value evaluation scheme was designed.Finally,based on the example of Muyuan Co.,Ltd.,the designed evaluation plan is used to evaluate the value of the case enterprise,and the P/E model is selected as a comparative method to compare and analyze the evaluation results obtained by applying the two evaluation methods.The research results show that the error rate of the improved income method is lower than that of traditional evaluation methods.This indicates that improving the income method by establishing a support vector machine model to some extent compensates for the shortcomings of traditional evaluation methods,and verifies the applicability and superiority of the support vector machine model in the value evaluation of agricultural technology enterprises.
