| In order to control the problem of soil residual film pollution in Xinjiang cotton field,in recent years,mechanized recycling of residual film is fully implemented in Xinjiang,and its recovery rate has reached about 90%.However,there are repeated operations,invalid operations and missing operations in the current operation process of the residual film recycling machine.The operation area is mainly based on the oral or company records of farmers,which seriously affects the accurate charging and operation subsidies.Therefore,this study built a set of residual film recycling machine operation area monitoring system to realize real-time and accurate monitoring of the effective operation area of the residual film recycling machine,so as to facilitate the assessment of the operator,accurately charge the farmers,and provide the basis for agricultural machinery subsidies,operation subsidies and crossregional operations,standardize the residual film recycling operation process,and enhance the enthusiasm of farmers.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Based on the principle of Beidou navigation and positioning,the error sources of random error,system error and measurement error caused by the positioning module during the operation of the residual film recycling machine were analyzed.Single point positioning test was carried out.,the error analysis and correction of single point positioning data were carried out,and the single point error correction values of latitude and longitude were calculated respectively.Gaussian projection was used to transform the latitude and longitude data into plane coordinates,and the influence of different zoning methods on Gaussian projection deformation was explored,and a more accurate zoning method was preferred.The Kalman filter algorithm was used to correct the plane coordinates,so that the operation trajectory was more in line with the actual operation situation,which is convenient for the subsequent identification of the effective operation trajectory.(2)In order to realize the screening of effective working area,this study designed the working area algorithm according to the actual situation of residual film recycling machine operation.Since the residual film recycling machine basically travels in a straight line during effective operation,it will show a curve trajectory on the ground when reversing the head and unloading the residual film.In this study,the working characteristics of the residual film recycling machine were used to distinguish its effective operation trajectory,and whether it is an effective operation trajectory was distinguished by judging the size of multiple continuous angles of the plane coordinate points.The repeated operation area was calculated by the method of vector buffer and grid buffer,and the missing operation area was calculated by combining the measured area.Finally,the actual operation area of the residual film recycling machine was calculated,and the error was 2.6 % compared with the actual area measured by the tape measure.(3)The system was composed of high-precision Beidou positioning module GU620,1568R-A antenna and STM32 processor.The software design,hardware selection and circuit optimization design of the system were carried out respectively.In order to avoid the influence of field noise on signal reception,the lock-in amplifier was used to replace the filter capacitor for filtering in order to achieve more accurate reception of latitude and longitude signals.The visual interface of the monitoring system for the working area of the residual film recycling machine was designed,so that the operator can more intuitively see the relevant parameters such as the working trajectory and working area of the residual film recycling machine.(4)The residual film recycling machine working area monitoring test was carried out in the field.Firstly,the 100-meter accuracy test was carried out to confirm that the measurement accuracy of the system meets the measurement requirements.Secondly,the influence of different sampling frequencies on the accuracy of working area was explored,and sampling every three seconds was determined as the optimal sampling interval.Finally,the monitoring experiments of the working area of large and small farmlands were carried out.It was verified that the relative error of the algorithm in this paper can be controlled within 3% for large farmlands and within 5% for small farmlands.This system can realize high precision monitoring of working area in the field,and is suitable for popularization and application on residual film recycling machine. |
