| Sows are the most important economic source of pig farms.Sows’ physiological status is related to the profits and losses of pig farms.The purpose of temperature detection system is to monitor the temperature of sows during estrus,pregnancy and postpartum period in real time,to prevent abnormal warming during sensitive period of sows,and to cause misjudgement of the physiological state of sows.In this study,an infrared camera temperature measurement system was designed for non-contact temperature measurement of sows.Infrared camera temperature measurement can be used for non-contact real-time infrared camera and temperature measurement of sows.It not only avoids the disturbance to sows caused by common measurement methods,but also saves time and cost for temperature measurement work of farm administrators.The research contents of this paper include:(1)Secondary development of infrared camera temperature measurement module and parameter adjustment of upper computer test system,data reception,analysis and display.The two-dimensional array is used to save,transmit and process the image and temperature values.The temperature and coordinates of the corresponding coordinates are obtained by traversing the data through the pointer.(2)In the hardware part,AGC technology is used to stabilize the voltage to avoid noise in the image expression process caused by circuit turbulence;in the software part,Gauss filter and bilateral filter are introduced to smooth the image noise,which improves the quality of infrared image.(3)The system was calibrated and the error range was determined as(±0.4 ℃).According to the change of sow body temperature in estrus,pregnancy and postpartum stage more than 1℃,the system can be used to detect sows body temperature.After scientific experiments,the test results show that the infrared camera temperature measurement system can meet the accuracy and real-time requirements of sow body temperature measurement. |
