Horse breeding has a long history in our country.Since ancient times,horses have been widely raised as primary agricultural production tools.However,in today’s society,the power machinery is widely used and technology is rapidly advancing,the role of horses in people’s lives is diminishing.The decline in horse breeding has directly led to a serious shortage of horse veterinarians.When horse disease occurs in clinical practice,it is impossible to ensure that horse veterinarians diagnose the disease promptly and accurately.Usually,only experienced experts in the field are capable of diagnosing complex and uncommon horse diseases.Therefore,there is still room for optimization and improvement in the diagnosis of horse diseases.Developing a remote assisted diagnosis system for horse diseases may improve the clinical diagnosis skills of veterinarians with primary level to some extent.In recent years,multiple research units in China have developed relevant animal disease assisted diagnosis systems.However,previous horse disease assisted diagnosis systems were developed based on computers,which brought about issues such as inconvenient use and difficulty in popularization.Therefore,developing a horse disease assisted diagnosis system based on mobile intelligent devices will play an important role in promoting the application of the system.This study takes horse disease diagnosis as the starting point.It combines expert system engineering,network and mobile internet terminal technology with horse disease diagnosis methods.It designs and develops an easy-to-use handheld horse disease diagnosis system based on mobile smartphones.In response to the uncertainty problem in selecting clinical symptom data,a fuzzy inference algorithm based on confidence coefficient evaluation was designed.The method of enhancing the confidence coefficient was used to strengthen inference.Furthermore,based on artificial intelligence theory,by summarizing knowledge of horse disease diagnosis and experts’ experience...
